Was so good the lady's made us feel so welcome then the food come out and omg it was the best chicken and hollandaise sauce

Went for a solo dinner as I’d heard very good reviews. As an anxious person I’m always nervous in new environments.
I was pleasantly surprised to find a sense of comfort in this establishment.
Not only is the food amazing but the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating to people of all walks of life.
As a minority dining on my own, more often than not I am subjected to some sort of bigotry or treatment that could be classed out of the ordinary.
My dining experience here can be described as nothing less than refreshing, welcoming and comforting.
The atmosphere of this establishment is something I’ve never experienced before and I could not recommend more if I tried.
A must eat!

Had a spectacular family dinner here last night. The staff was friendly, attentive & extremely helpful. The meals were amazing & prepared to not only appeal to the taste buds but also to the eye.

Took my partner here for her 25th and she loved all the drink recommendations and Gino (one of the owners) was very lovely to help out with the cake, he had an amazing smile and to top it off gave her a complimentary drink as well (and offered me one as well.) They don't just bring the cake out like other places, they did candles and put it on a plate as well and put the box aside for when we were ready to take it home. Very happy with the service!

We tried this place when it first opened and it missed the mark so thought we’d give it another try. Worse than the first time. Food wise - gnocchi was the worst we’ve ever tasted. Lacked flavour, long strips of capsicum was the dominant ingredient and overall unimpressive. Margherita pizza was bland. Chicken wings were good. The rest were unremarkable. The service was the greatest let down. After waiting over 25 minutes for 2 starters (restaurant had ~20 customers), we finished our starters without cutlery, serviettes or the offer of table water, plus we were a share plate short. Customer service really lacks. Good luck surviving Shepparton

Well done Gino and your very friendly staff on your great all round meals that was served up to the 6 of us tonight everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves Good sized meals that left us full and contented

Had dinner with the family and we all loved it. Generous portions, well priced, fresh produce and great service. Highly recommend. The pizzas look great will have to try next time

I ordered the eye fillet $41 absolutely the best steak I have ever had in my life! Every meal was amazing and cooked to perfection.

Restaurant looks quite nice and was very quiet.

Steaks were good quality and cooked well, $30 "deluxe" burger patty tasted like it came from a coles bbq pack, gnocchi also tasted store bought.

I expected much better quality for the prices.

Waitress didnt smile the entire time we were there and her language did not fit the classier atmosphere that the owners are going for, nor was she able to answer any questions about the menu.

Overall we had more fun laughing about the food and service than actually eating.

I would not eat here again unless either the price dropped or quality improved significantly.

All food was beautifully cooked and was delicious. All the staff were friendly and treated us as if we were family. It is a beautiful and quiet restaurant. We will definitely be coming back.

It was a lovely place to eat. The food was delicious. The younger girls were friendly. The older female waitress (Sarah) was rude, she never smiled or said anything nice, she showed no manners and didn’t ever greet us. When we arrived she mentioned we was early for our booking. She didn’t even say excuse me while she was placing our food in front of us. I had to ask her numerous times for a bottle of water. Besides that the restaurant was clean and and very inviting food was delicious. Hats off to the new owners, restaurant manager Gino and all the younger waitresses.

I would recommend this restaurant just not that middle aged waitress to be your server

Steak has been great both times I was there, cooked exactly how I asked which is something that lacks for most places in Shepparton.

Will be returning for a 3rd time.

Had my birthday dinner here tonight with my family and it was a wonderful experience, the staff were very friendly and checked on us regularly. The food was top notch, we all had different cuts of steak and each one was perfectly cooked and tender! A great gesture at the end of the evening with a birthday lava cake on the house for my 30th which was greatly appreciated! Will definitely be returning to Braci’s 10/10
