Don't Bother look away. Liars & full of broken promises.
After an agreed price to buy the business I've been advised by Mathew from BPA I must sign the Heads of Agreement to proceed to the next stage of buying the business. After a consult with my lawyer & some reviews was made on the HOA I signed the contract & paid the deposit hoping to get closer on owning my first business. At the end and after $1k of legal fees the sale went to another buyer. Mathew never gave me the courtesy to make a counter offer. Overall it was disappointing, exhausting, mind boggling, time & money wasting experience.

What can I say, I have been dealing with BPA for many years and the service has always been 100%. I have bought and sold with BPA and have always been happy each time. Thanks for the hard work!

They r big liars. Never ever deal with fraud people. We agreed on price and after sell they ripped off extra money which wasn't even agreed and just said that was an error. Frank Gioffre always blame their superiors but he is the one lied on every step.once they ripped u off they will simply stop picking up ur calls. Think twice dealing with them.

Tried selling business with Tom and didn’t have anyone go through after 4 months (like he went on holidays). After all the promises saying they have people wanting to buy was all a lie. (they approached me to sell). They didn’t even market the property professionally and expected to get paid $1,800 for it. They don’t care about selling because they want to steal the marketing fees from you. I dropped the price as they recommended and still couldn’t sell it. Gave it to the owner to sell the business and with no experience, he sold it in a week. You don’t need them s agency, sell it yourself and a good legal representation to write up the contract, you’ll save yourself heaps of money and grief. They also put a caveat on my home because I refused to pay the marketing fees as they cost me so much loss in additional rental payment by not being able to sell the business. They are very nasty and stubborn! Sell it yourself! You are far more educated in selling it than they are. Good luck to you and wish your business experience for selling wasn’t like mine.

If you love surprises then try otherwise don’t even think about them.commission n charges where totally different than told.couldn’t sell the price they said.even started favouring buyer.
