4 Never made a review before but worst customer service received this morning. I asked the lady at the counter what pies and pasties are in the bundle as there was an ad with pics that states 3 for 10. Lady answered I don’t know. The ad is on your side.
I proceeded to get 2 pies and a drink as per the ad and also a packet of chips ($6) expecting to pay a total of $16.
The lady scanned my purchase and I almost fainted when she said $65. Looking in disbelief she then asked if I had fuel which I replied No. She then did something on the counter and the price came to $24.
I said the special is 3 for $10 and the chips is $6 so shouldn’t it be $16.
What I heard next was in disbelief when she said do you want it or not I have a customer behind you.
I just walked out and can’t believe BP would even hire such a person with the worst customer service. Guess it their loss
I only go here to buy petrol for my lawnmower. So I don't have anything to say.
Don't get your smokes from here, $61.50 for a pack of 40s. That's the most I've paid anywhere so for gouging smokers I deduct 3 stars.
