BP Truckstop reviews
14I recently purchased a toasted egg & bacon sandwich from here, it was the worst toastie I’ve ever had one side of it the bread was soggy and the other side the bread was rock hard like concrete and to top it off the bacon was like boot leatherI should have just gone to Mac Chucks next door. They should just stick to supplying fuel catering is out of their league.
What a joke! $19.90 for a pork roast with vegetables! Wake up people you are not a restaurant! You are a tale away food diner! Will never eat there again, should've got maccas.
Normally have positive experience with this BP.but today I am Complaining about a female Staff with Name tag R, who made my coffee but kept wiping her nose, then with her hands touching on the front part of the utensil. I tried to put on coffee lid by myself, and adding some chocolate myself. Ironically she said I m not allowed to touched the powder around the tissue box for safety issues.
Come on! What about my conern over sanitary!
Outbound trucks stop is always fithy floors and toilets usually throughout all eating zones and always uncontained rubbish outside got me buggered how they get away with this. Health inspector and council must be
Worst truck stop in Melbourne. Don't even bother stopping here. Half the pumps are broken, hoses broken, out of order. This place is a disgrace
It's easy to fill up here. The male toilets are always dirty, and on my most recent visit neither tap worked so I couldn't wash my hands.
Would have given this a minus 1000 if I could have. None of the toilets, including the disabled toilets, were usable. They were either blocked or had out of order signs on them. Additionally there was no toilet paper as it was strewn all over the place and when I asked the worker whether they had any toilet paper or working toilets she told me that I could buy toilet paper or that the cleaners were in between 11am and 6pm.
This was a public holiday at 8.30pm - I understand that they may have been busy because of the extra cars on the road but also wouldn’t that mean you would have extra cleaning services employed?
I also question whether the toilets had even been cleaned at all because the mess was definitely more than 2.5hrs of mess.
All in all, the attendant seemed to give absolutely no cares about the fact that none of the toilets were functional and seemed more concerned about getting back to sitting on her phone at the back of the service desk.
Don't fuel up there.
Always expensive. Never drop the prices. Today I was running to low on fuel. Paid $1: 99 for 98octane.
7eleven in Altona was selling for $1: 62.
Don't go for fuel. Unless you got nothing.
Everytime i come here theres no one to serve people getting fuel and are serving at the cafe side this is not acceptable waiting more than 10mins when at front of cue especially when there are cooks standing around doing nothing just chatting. Never going here again waste of time!
Plenty of parking if you want a break and supplies or snacks etc from the various stores inside. There is a Cafe and a McDonald's with lots of seating inside and out as well as an undercover play centre for the kids to let off some steam. Toilets were clean and well maintained when I was there. Only had snack when I was there. Maccas coffee was lukewarm and so was the apple pie.

If I have to pay $4.50 for a coffee scroll I expect it to be fresh, not two days old, stale and dry.
This place NEVER has working lpg pumps. Out of 20 times ive been here about 9 times the lpg has been down. Worthless.
You advertise a diesel price at front near highway which is for standard diesel however there are no standard diesel pumps in the car pump area only ultimate which is more expensive. Standard pumps only available in truck area which do not fit some cars. Misleading to say the least.
