9 Very unorganized place, when you have to stand around for staff to make coffees when you only get fuel because theirs only one person on or that you go there regularly to buy food and every time staff change because of turn over of people.they put the food out when they feel like it.being a regular customer and buy food there every day at a set time and staff constantly changing the time they put out the hot food out is frustrating seeing now there is 2 people on now but no consistency or set protocols.
Lucky your not a real truck stop you would be put out of business with the inconsistency
One particular staff member was very rude. Did not reply when greeted with a hello and no response when I thanked her when leaving. If you're going to work in customer services then learn some basic manners. I won't be back!

Don't go there! I just went to put fuel in my car (Saturday night) and the place appears to be a meeting place for people to hang out in the car parks.
Most were drinking alcohol and no way was I going to stop (there was a crowd of at least 20 people) who made me really nervous so I pulled away.
I've now ran out of petrol and waiting for a friend to bring me petrol but I just didn't feel safe stopping there as a woman on my own.
This place is handy. Glad they did this petrol station up it's a million times better and everything is new good job bp
A brand new BP in Epsom (Bendigo bound) and it’s a poor excuse for a service station. Petroleum no worries but food and so on don’t bother unless you want no variety other than a heated up pie!
What a disappointment!
KFC, Subway or something would have been nice but I guess BP is going to lose out to the BP out bound or Maccas.
Again poor effort BP!
The diesel price was the best in town at the time and i filled the truck before leaving.

I use this place as it is found directly off the main road coming in and out of Epsom. You drive in and out in moments. The staff are very quick with transactions and there is almost never a queue for fuel and paying. Recommended for the busy traveller!
This is one of 4 BP sites around Bendigo. It is a substantial site which provides all the BP offerings. It is also a useful local convenience store though obviously pricey.
