INSERT A COIN IN THE CAR WASH MACHINE, current works, a woman (new Zealand) with bad attitude came to take a LOOK I SPOKE TO HER AND SHE DIDN'T LISTEN TO ME THEN SHE LEFT WITHOUT SAYING A WORD. AFTER A FEW MINUTES I WHET TO LOOK FOR HER TO GET MY MONEY BACK; SUDDENLY SHE INSOLTED ME ALMOST YELLING AT ME SAYING GO AWAY FROM HERE. FINAL CONCLUSION! NEVER EVER I WILL SPENT A CENT AT THAT PLACE. BP NORT CRANBOURNE. EMPLOYEES RUIN THEIR BUSINESS. 175 TATTOO

I was served by Karan and wanted to get an Auto car wash $16. I went and input my code and drove in but forgot to put on my handbrakes as my child was crying in the back seat and the car went further into the auto wash bay, by a few more inches, and the machine stopped there and reset itself and I didn't get a wash. I went back inside and explained this to Karan, and nicely asked for another code as I had made a mistake. Now, the way Karan decided to respond to me was by talking down to me and condescendingly asking if I had read the instructions for the carwash? And that another code would mean another transaction! YES, I HAVE read the instructions I always get my car washed here. He tried to rip me off and then condescendingly tried to brush me off! I remained adamant and had to force this guy to give me another code.

Long story short, Mr. Karan I suggest you get a beginner's lesson on how to behave with customers and learn about basic courtesy and customer service, you despicable excuse for a human and rip off merchant. I had been a customer here for years and it's safe to say that I will no longer be paying a single cent to this business. APCO across the road and the new United down the road are much better options for fuel and there are plenty of car washes in the area as well. All my friends and family in the area will hear about this as well and you have single handedly cost the business dozens of customers with your smart a** attitude. I am also lodging a complaint about this to the BP head office tomorrow morning.

This is the worst service station i've ever been to. The customer service was horrendous and the petrol is always expensive. I suggest going to the APCO opposite from it.

Worst customer service i ever seen Just went to this place today 06/07/19 11.50 pm.the person who was in billing was not trained properly.i would say give him more training to how to speak with customers.

It used to be good filling station but now the customer service is to its worse i used to be its regular but not any more just because of its customer service

While not the cheapest in the area, it has plenty of pumps so if its busy its not a long wait. The staff are excellent and don't ask if you want extra when you go to pay, my go to servo.

Friendly customer service. Easy access from fuel pumps. Ample fuel pumps. Cafe style set up. Takeaway or eat and drink in. Good variety similar to a mini milk bar. Toilet facility available.
Also mobile recharge available for optus, telstra and vodafone.

Yea a bit of a fence sitter on this one. The staff are great. But the automatic car wash - yea that's a good excuse to take the time to do it yourself. Went through and got out to check the job and had to take extra muck off with a whole bunch of napkins. Should've known better than to let the machines do the work of a human! But as for petrol - go hit em up!
