Customer service is abysmal.
It took me 5 mins to select some screws and plugs, another 5 mins to get some potting mix and around 15 mins to get through the checkout. Only reason I waited is because I used a gift voucher and needed change. This is not the 1st time where I have had this issue and we cannot blame covid.
Very disappointing!

Topped up the Range Rover here and was incredibly impressed by the old-fashioned service! The gentleman cleaned my windshield and offered to top up my diesel too! This made me want to move to Geelong, such wonderful service it made my day.
