9 Poorly maintained sotre. Person attending customer was also not polite.
Interesting part is the toilets are locked and one is asked to buy something before using toilet.
Seems like BP have entered into a new business ofa Commercial Toilet from this outlet.
One of the worst BP sites in metro Melbourne. Their toilet is always out of order! How hard is it to manage a toilet? !

Hi everyone please check the transactions in your bank accounts I filled petrol on Saturday and they charged my account and again today they charged my account which I don’t even know about until I reported to the bank

On previous occasion I have visited this site (I work nearby) and had all great experiences. However, due to one, my opinion has totally changed.
On the afternoon of 2nd July at 4pm I visited BP Moorabbin. I filled with fuel and pulled off to fill my tires with air at the air station. I filled my tyres with air. There was a sound of air escaping but I thought this was just the sound of the hose. The air totally escaped my tire and my wheel was flat. The hose had a big cut in it. No sign to tag out of service or anything.
I went inside. Told the attendant, who seemed to totally care less. He didn’t apologise or empathise. Nothing. I’m not really sure he understood what I was saying. He said he would call his manager. Really poor experience. I expected more but obviously that’s too much for BP.
Get off your phone and listen to what a customers asks for! 3 times I asked for GOLD CIGARETTES was given blue everytime. Unfortunately I had already left and opened then before I noticed. I called to inform of there mistake and to please be careful next time because I work next door and use this bp alot. I was then told I was given what i asked for and I was wrong. Now I've never in my life smoked blue why would I all of a sudden ask for blue. And 3 times. Get the head phone of if your ear Get off the phone and do your job.
Not 24 Hours - I get that it could have changed due to COVID, but update the bp website if that’s the case. Edit: Opening hours now updated and the AdBlue was cheap back then.
I am happy to rate this BP store, because store have everything Specially, the pies and drunken Donuts are very tasty and valuable for the money you spent. Well cleaned Toilets, and the way of receiving the customers is really good.
