2 The staff in the BP are remarkably cheerful, but in the three times I've been to the car wash, I've noticed that the soap is watered down and the hot wax is just hot water. Had it only happened once I could put down to its having just run out, but it's empty each and every time. It's obvious that they either can't be bothered filling the dispenser, or more likely, judging by the diluted soap, they deliberately don't.
This is criminally parsimonious. If I pay for wax, I expect wax, not water. And I want to wash my car, which is why I'm at the car wash. So soap would be a bonus too, because otherwise I'm just paying ten bucks to get my car wet.
Neil was very rude, I came in and was practically abusive towards myself and friends who were simply topping up petrol and buying coffee.
