I recently visited this BP petrol station to refuel my car with a Wex Australia fuel card. To my surprise, when I went to pay, I was charged an extra $2.50. I asked the male staff member why I was charged this additional amount and he told me it was normal at this fuel station. He refused to provide me with details of the store manager, which I found to be highly unprofessional.

I was very unhappy with this experience and feel that the staff member should have provided me with a valid explanation for the extra charge, or at least provided me with the contact details of the store manager. The fact that he refused to provide either of these makes me question the quality of customer service that this petrol station provides.

Overall, I am very unhappy with my experience at this BP petrol station and will not be returning in the future. I believe that the staff member should have been more helpful and provided me with a valid explanation for the extra charge, or at least provided me with the contact details of the store manager. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and not to be taken advantage of. I would not recommend this petrol station to anyone.

Prices are extremely high, The male staff member was very rude this morning, very very poor customer service. Disappointing wouldn’t recommend.

Are you trying to put diesel in my car at 11: 30 pm? But no one in the shop to authorise the pump or even none of the car I can see a widget for 10 minutes I think it is close but is still the light is on the board light on, but no one is in the shop or the worker Khawari 1 not an outside

Used to be 5 stars but now edited my review to 2 stars. The place is way over priced compared to everywhere else. Save your money and go down the road.

I live nearby this store and go there very frequently. Today I was so surprised that the person in the store is not that friendly than the regular guys.

A friend ordered an overpriced uber order to my house roughly an hour ago and received 3 out of 10 items. Phone lines to the store are "busy" and no contact details for the driver (not bp fault) however having the phone off the hook proved impossible to receive food. Had to request refund. Massively overpriced disappointment!

Excellent place. As I only fill up at BP and this is just around the corner it works out good for me. Never had any issue with the fuel that I put in my 4wd and Clubby

Nothing special compared with other service stations. Service is okey. Easy access from Hallam Rd & Ormand Rd.

Ample fuel pumps and parking. Easy access. Toilet facilities. Coffee and other goods available. Friendly customer service.
