Literally just got refused service because I didn't wear a mask and I have a medical exemption.
Terrible place. No parking available at night for interstate truck drivers at night and the owner refuses to do anything about all the local trucks using all the parking spaces
Horrible service, Manager is not responsible person. Worst experience and never recommended, everything is overpriced.
Friendly and very clean shower rooms I used to go to Coles Express down the road but this one is heaps better as they clean after each use.never going back to Coles Express anymore.
I go to this truck stop nearly every day and the staff are fantastic! They all very friendly and will do anything to help you.
The kitchen staff are great. And the food is all ways beautiful! Wether it’s stakes or eggs on toast it always perfect and well Presented

This BP truckstop is part of the Roadhaven diner group, I purchased 2 egg & bacon rolls for breakfast, they were hot and delicious
Well designed facility for truckers to refuel truck and relax. Whereas, for non commercial vehicle consumers this shop is expensive. It has a large food court with lush menu and variety of drinks. Fresh barista Coffee is available 24x7. Shower facilities available for all. Be aware hoons occupy this has station on weekend nights. You can always hear them revving their pistons nearby. Fuel prices here are always northwards.
Good service, good people, can get logbooks, only problem to many round town trays left overnight, hard to get park,
Meal service is terrible, gave my order to wrong customer & then expected me to accept the wrong meal. Yes the othe customer lives in it's own world but, staff need to learn.

Major Truck stop in the South-eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Showers, decent food, public weighbridge. Sometimes hard to get a park.
Easy access to facilities on a corner site Great little cafeteria and coffee shop to complement the fuel side. Offers food better than the big chains.
Good service, only issue is when someone orders a coffee the person behind the counter stops serving payments for fuel so you have to wait.
Mac n Cheese and Spring Roll for $16.10? Mac n Cheese average. SR was good though (mind you.only need to fry.)
Staff in evening very friendly and helpful.no complaints there.but I don't like to front up to a window to pay for petrol.like to browse for things to buy and I feel safer (being elderly lady) holding my purse.
