One of the manager Praneeth he have no manners how to talk with the customers.he shouting on me.

I wish if I can give below zero. BP should do the background and mental health check before they handover any franchises to people like this. I have never dealt with such a situation before in my life. I literally felt very embarrassed and humiliated at this servo. So called manager parneeth at the station doesn’t know how to talk to people. I often go there and most of the time finding him outside smoking or he will be on his phone without giving any attention to the customers. This time he cross all the limits he was watching Tik-Tok on his phone while I was waiting there to pay. I literally had to say Excuse me 2 to 3 times before I get his attention. Then he yelled at me saying WHATTTT? I was literally shocked and got scared with that loud voice. He literally made me feel like crying. I just wanted to pay for my fuel and leave. I said to to him you can’t talk to me like this and he said, he was doing very important company paperwork while I was disturbing him, he needs to understand that people need to reach somewhere urgently. I will never go back there again, I hope this guy can resolve his mental health issues and hope BP will provide some anger management classes to their staff. Good luck working with this attitude in Australia!

One of the employees standing out side having a smoke, spitting after every puff while people inside are waiting to pay. I think it’s disgusting and disrespectful for people needing to be somewhere having to wait for the guy to finish his smoke

Went lookin for some food and seen they hade a kebab shop in the servo we got a HSP, and. Kebab, and it was amazing worth every penny, guy making the food hade some extra chips and gave us them for free. 10/10 food taste and customer service.

You Get your moneys worth. Lots of meat. Chips are amazing and gluten free without the salt. I’ve heard the desserts are amazing too

Fuel prices on average are always higher than other suburbs BP service stations. Unsure if it's the owners fault, but they're objectively overpriced next to most other BP stations a few minutes away. If you can fill up elsewhere you're probably going to save a few dollars doing so.

They spent all that money and time retrofitting the whole shop and pumps, but then leave that dilapidated old price signage board out front, that doesn’t make much sense to me. But, the inside of the shop is so much more appealing now, and when they get the hot food section open it will be great.
