Worst customer service ever in Dandenong South, Rude guy named Thushar has refused to give fuel for me since lm driving a South Australian car. What a stupid question was that? Very unprofessional way of dealing with new customers. And also he refused to give me diesel until l do the pre-pay. And it was only 8.45PM today (15/09), isn’t it too early for pre-pay. Then l told him that lm gonna complain about him then suddenly he said pump and then you can pay for the diesel. Simply It’s a drama. Investigate about this person for better customer service. Thanks

Worst customer service ever, the rude guy named Ashton is not fit for this job better to find something else.
He refused to scan my rewards card and his excuse was that they won’t accept rewards card for pre-pay. And it was only 9PM, isn’t it too early for pre-pay.

Best priced superb quality petrol in the area. Boss and staffs are nice and humble. My fav petrol station.

The automatic car wash did not wash the car properly. We paid the delux package but The rooftop was not cleaned properly.

No. 1 in petrol theft.today I was robbed of around 6 litres of petrol. My car was short of 6 litres of petrol and as the price was going up tomorrow, I thought I will fill up my tank to full. I went there and filled the 6 litres petrol but on the metre it was showing the tank was already full but in actual no petrol came up.

So better watch out. I have seen some other petrol pumps which will charge you indirectly.like it will we got 40 litres of petrol but in actual you will get around 38 litres of it.

So better watch out for this petrol pump.
