34Nothing says customer service than making a woman hand over her car keys at night in order to be able to buy petrol. Appalling policy. Won't come back at any time
The facilities, floor, tables are absolutely filthy. There needs to be investment in cleaning staff, clearly hadn't been cleaned for hours and it wasn't busy at all when I was there. Lack of staff or poor management.
Why are all of your floors so slippery, I’m giving 2 stars because I actually enjoyed it a little.
This would have to be the most unorganised Mac Donald’s Have been waiting in the drive thru for nearly 30 mins. Not sending cars to the waiting bay. HIGHYLY RECOMMEND DRIVING TO THE NEXT ONE.
Filthy and disgusting, floors tables and bins over flowing not to mention the toilets
I think the health Dept needs a visit.
The place is filthy.floors have rubbish on them, table tops are dirty and bins are over flowing with KFC and McDonald rubbish
Who is responsible for the restaurants area? McDonalds? KFC? Subway? It is absolutely disgusting! So filthy - floor and ALL the tables - LIFT. YOUR. GAME!
The food and service is good. The parking is plenty. The restaurant side could be a little cleaner but not the worst.
Staff are rude and think that chatting to their colleagues whilst serving customers is part of their job.
Convenient. Prices usually only a few cents above city competition but can often save more in Bendigo (all fuels).
VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.
Bathrooms are clean and well looked after.
Spacious to allow freedom of movement to food outlets as well
A fuel and food stop before heading out of town, KFC, Subway, McDonald's and a coffee bar amongst the goodies the service station has to offer. Public loo's if you need to go a great way to relax before your journey.
Fuel prices are usually higher here than other service stations in the local area. Best to fill up before you get on the freeway.
Good to swap drivers. Pick up fluffy animals for your daughter, a quick snack and occasional fuel. Friendly.
It's a great place, I generally wait when leaving home in the city, instead of making or buying a local coffee, I fill up the car and get a coffee and a muesli bar, and then I am all set for the drive up the freeway before me, knowing that the stress is now behind me.
One of the cleanest stops I've been to. Even the toilets were immaculate. Felt safe, would definetly stop again if on the way.
Handy location on the way out of town. It's just a pity that the prices weren't more competitive.
The KFC stuffed up my order the other day. I ordered and paid for a large Zinger box. I received a large drink but a small chips and potato and gravy. The chicken bits were tiny and shrivelled up too. Its like they gave me the wrong pre prepared box but the right drink. The McDonald's is often very busy. They handle it well though. If it's drive thru they get you to park up. They seem to have plenty of staff. The BP is expensive but convenient. Possibly expensive because it's convenient. They have a tyre pump that is always there so you don't have to ask for the connection like at some service stations. There is a dedicated area for trucks to park and to refuel. I imagine this is something very handy for truckies. I can't remember if there are showers. The little coffee shop isn't that great. It is more expensive than a maccas coffee and not as yummy. The exit driveway is nice and long so you can get up to 100 kmph and merge onto the Calder Freeway.
Always stop on my way back to the country. For fuel, fast food, Maccas, Subway and KFC. Never drive past.
This is one of the old reliable stations located on the way into Melbourne. There is a little of everything here for the traveller. It is busy, but almost always quiet. The staff are helpful and courteous. The coffee isn't half bad, but the hot chocolate is better at the coffee stand. It has one of the better Subways in Victoria in terms of quality. Highly recommended for all travellers!
