Always attend here for my fuel, they are always friendly, well priced, clean and very good service. Never had any issue with fuel here and can also get other necessities like firewood and ice. I don't bother going anywhere else as no need.

I have been going to this BP for many years and always found the customer service and cleanliness of the station of a very high standard. Nash is always welcoming with a warm smile and always ready to help if I have a question - nothing is too much trouble for him. For thee reasons, this is always my go to BP station. Thanks Nash.

Great customer service, always helpful. I fill my tank up on a weekly basis, and I don't always have the same person serving me, and I'm always greeted with a smile. They've been helpful when I've needed it!

Really Unfriendly Staff! This is the first time I see him, maybe he is the boss. Even though I have been here for several times, but his eyes make me uncomfortable. I will change the BP gas station definitely from now.

WORST ever. The middle age male working on Sundays is the WORST person I have ever met in my life. RUDE disrespectful. Don’t know how to use BP rewards - didn’t get my point accumulated three times, he even get upset when I am asking about it? ! Seriously, if you don’t like your job Maybe shouldn’t be working at all. I can only assume he is the owner or family/friends to the owner, otherwise with all the other reviews, he would have been fired a million time.

I visited this BP this morning after using my card at Aldi around the corner where it works perfectly. I tried to use it at this BP and it did not work, and then I remembered that last time I had been there it didn't work either. However it is a perfectly good card. Luckily I had another one, after checking in my car and holding up the next person who needed to fill up. The internet doesn't work at the shop either so I can't check anything and the store has known for sometime that the card reader doesn't function properly and have done nothing to fix it. The first time the card didn't work, the attendant was nice about it and apologised and said it didn't function properly. This time the attendant who was a lot older, had me waiting for ages at the counter while he fiddled around with some chip packets and then when it didn't work shrugged, offered nothing but for me to withdraw money out of the ATM that charges for a withdrawl. I told him it didn't work last time and it had worked around the corner and he was completely indifferent, and also I don't think he was wearing a mask. Just awful customer service and reading other reviews not a surprise. So I won't be back. I have always used BP over every other service station but this one has really terrible customer service and things that don't work but they don't bother to fix. And how do you think it feels to contemplate being stranded at a service station where you can't pay, not because you don't have any money, but because the system is faulty.

WORST customer service ever - rude, disrespectful - from the middle age person behind the counter. With the number of bad reviews on customer service, can BP HQ take some action. Bought petrol and car wash voucher but car wash did not work so I asked for another voucher and got a rude attitude from the guy behind the counter who implied that because I was a female, I did not know how to use a car wash. Clearly hates customers? ! Find another job. Would have given a zero star but 1 is the lowest I can give.

Worst customer service I have seen (Rude, Arrogant and Disrespectful) - the person behind the counter (on 20/12/2021, around 10am) is an over 50 years old with lighter skin complex male. I am a regular customer of this petrol store. I believe he is one of this store management team.
I will give NO star if I can.

Customer service at worse… not even one person, those who were working at this fuel station ️ had attitude issues and I think they were trained (to show attitude and be rude) to do job over here. Indians and dark skin people will experience rude service from their staff

I went to this bp around 10: 15 pm as I saw pre-pay I sign I head to the person at counter and told him that I want to get a full tank so I don’t how much approximately it’s going to be then I was asked to leave my phone at counter so I did (because I know this job isn’t easy as can’t really tell who is going to run off without paying) But then another three cars pulled up one of them guy with austin martin, none of them was asked to prepay or leave their phone at counter. I was so disappointed to get treated differently by one of our own (Indian) people. I would definitely not recommend you to go there especially if you are Indian or have dark skin.

I would like to leave some customer feedback I received the other day from the BP in Doncaster East.

The staff that work there are fantastic. I've just recently moved to the area and the people that work there always friendly and greet me and are always up for a quick chat!

I used to come to this station at least three times a week to fill up my car and I regret every dollar I spent here, they absolutely have no manners, they don’t even say hello back to the customer or say welcome when someone says thank you to their pathetic service, I can’t understand why is it so hard to simply return these greetings when a paying customer initiate with them

I thought Im the first one who encounters this. The Indian nationality staff is the worst ive seen in the world. He treats you like maggot as a customer. I saw that the owner reading the previous reviews and nothing changed? The world will be a better place without these people.

The owner of this petrol station needs a lesson in customer service and not only that but a lesson in general human communication skills rather than using sign language with extremely rude attitude, you are shaming the name of this brand, disgusting behaviour, if you can’t run a business don’t open one
