Time waster, unhelpful staff.
There was a promotion of "$10 for any of 2 sausage rolls or spinach ricotta rolls and any of 2 V 250ml or coca cola/Pepsi 600ml".
I visited there today (10/06/22 around 1.20pm).
When I asked 2 spinach rolls to get the deal, the female staff said it's not included and when I grabbed 2 of coke 600ml, the staff said again it's not included.
I read the sign for her and she still doesn't believe me.
I had to go back and forth a few times to check and show the sign to her and explain to her.
On the top of that her manner was not kind at all.
There was no apologies during this time wasting unpleasant experience.
They need to train their staff better than this.

Arrogant staff. When I questioned the 34 cents difference between U91 and U98, he said that was standard 14c difference with U95 and another 20c with U98. RIP off. Way more than other stations are charging. He had the audacity to say I should know better. Looks like business is going downhill from here.

Filled petrol last week. My car's average full tank is 40L average. So it should be $60 plus or minus. The female staff at counter asked me the pump number then very next second she said No. 6 I double checked through window and I said yes. She kept the eftpos machine ready and said 'When you ready". My mobile was taking few seconds to open the app. She again repeated I was rushing then I paid and went. Later I checked, she charged $153.17. Was Shocked and I went to the shop after 3 days and explained and provided all evidence. She rang and gave her mobile and said manager on line.he was cross questioning me in many ways. Then he asked me to call later. Was so unprofessional. I gave my Name, Contact number, Paid date, Time, Vehicle number and asked him to check all their cameras and asked him to repay my money. It is already 10 days. Till now no information. It means They don't care. Just neglecting and insulting the customer. It is clearly understood it is a fraudulent business by overcharging the customer and neglecting the complaint and not returning the money back to the customer. Legal action will teach them. Customers please check your payment before you pay in this shop.

Terrible customer service. Rude female staff member talking on her phone. No acknowledgment no greeting. Wouldn’t get off her phone to serve me. I was paying cash kept pointing to eftpos machine. Had to tell he 5 times I was paying cash. Don’t work in customer service if you don’t want to talk to people. Not the first time staff are on their phone when serving.

Unbelievable rapid tests $15 I purchased for then 2 mins later son inlaw I held a packet for him and they charged him $32 bp taking advance bad business practice won't be getting petrol or anything there again and will be putting on rowville community Facebook page will lose alot of business in rowville that's disgraceful what you have done

Every other BP charges 16c - 22c. Asked attendant, he shrugged his shoulders & laughed.

Ok this stop, I feel good. Petrol yes, and barista made coffee $2 for a small cup. I don't think you can get it anywhere else. Plus if you want to grab a pie or muffin, there is a high table with seats.

Took me months to get BP Me going at this store. Maybe I've just gone at the wrong times. The last episode I payed for some firewood on card, asked if I needed a key? Was told no. Off course it was locked. They then tried 2 sets of keys no luck. I then had to wait 10 minutes while they worked out how to refund me. Today I went to check the tires, the air line was out of order. I advised them, they looked at me blank. On a positive note it's clean and they have hand wipes etc and high flow BP Ultimate Diesel.

Great store, not many people know this but they do bacon and eggs cooked fresh by a gorgeous girl Kelly, great price and best bacon and egg sandwich in the area

Good petrol station. Can use Virgin frequent flyers here too. Competitively priced for Rowville.
