Very rude chinese cashiers running this petrol station. I’ve quite often fill up here and had never had a nice welcome from them. They rush you on payments and very rude on answering questions.

Walked in to microwave my food and to buy a drink already eating my food because i was hungry.an asian worker came out and told me not to eat in the store? They sell food and drink there. 10 mins later you see the asian worker with HIS finished food bowl coming out of the store to throw it in the bin. Yeah nice.

Got two pies today both were burnt days old good way to make people sick all you care about is the money

You can never use your bp plus app here they turn it off. Been trying and complaining for months to the attendants. Nothing changes. The attendants don't care and say not working every time. It's been like this for 3months. Due to this I'm cancelling my account all together due to such bad service and lack of improvement or even ability to give any support. Even though they are always the most expensive station in the south east. Definitely avoid this station or BP; as the way this is acceptable for the brand shows the low standards they have. The app stat's its an enable site but it never is. It's misleading and false representation of a service they are ment to provide.

I stopped in to fill up during the middle of the day. No windshield squeegees an any of the many bowsers. Not one! Very disappointing. I see no good reason for this, considering the inflated fuel prices these days! I will not be back.

I wish if I could give zero star, I would have done that.
Very bad customer service. Console operators doesn’t know how to serve customers and resect them.
I got abused this morning and wrongly blamed. They said I have filled up and did not pay for fuel twice.
Totally, uneducated people there to abuse people. Even the owner was present on site and he was equally responsible for what happened to me today. They don’t know English al all. So, they must put the posters outside that only their community people are allowed to fill up because they can not speak English. They should start from nursery class to learn English. Because they don’t know how to read L and I. Moreover, they needs to get admitted to the hospital to their eyes treated because they can not see the difference between red and white color

Totally ridiculous people and blind people. Can’t see difference between L and I. I was wrongly accused for driven off twice. Moreover, they don’t even know the difference between sedan and hatchback. They don’t know the difference between red and white car either.
Illiterate and cheap chinese console operatiors.
Didn’t even told me the reason for not allowing me the gas. These kind of people are spot on their whole community.
Rude and unwelcoming. Should shut the pump down. Wasted my 10-15 minutes today.
Should really learn how to deal with customers and should be trained about how to manage the situations calmly and politely.
Spoiled my day and not going their again.

Such a rip off stole my money charged me 3 times cos thier atm machine wasn’t working I’m so gonna lodge a complaint to current affair.

This morning I bought a cappuccino for three dollars two dollar expensive than seven11or Shell petrol station the coffee was absolutely rubbish just only were water even not a milk shame on your BP Berwick

They r such a thief n rip off.

Their pump is not accurate. My work van that I always fill up from other BP gas station cost me 62-76$.

From this bp it cost me 97.30$ to refil. Far out.
There’s a big error in their fuel gage

For the second time, The guy was hesitating to scan my reward cards and even after I did it did not go through.
Every time I have to ask for receipt and they give me a look when I do so!

From now on I will drive further to another BP station.

I have just stopped at Bp Berwick, and needed to use the toilet facilities. They were filthy, there was dried urine all over the seat, toilet paper over the floor, a dirty cup let on top of the toilet roll holder and just generally dirty and dusty all over. We are just coming out of covid where it's been reiterated over and over again about hygiene, wash, wash, wash.
I have crohns disease so when l need the toilet l need it now. I had to use toilet paper and soap and wash the toilet myself, just disgusting and disgusted. I thought more highly of bp.

Great location, with a lot of grocery options. Has always been my No. 1 option for icebags and charcoal, too.

Limited selection in shop and I ordered cappuccino but it was like fresh filter 2 stars is too much

BP should disassociate themselves from this petrol station. Absolutely awful shop with limited selections. I wanted a normal magazine but all they had at child level was Adult only magazines. Over priced on everything.

This particular BP always has the most expensive petrol, even when compared to other BP's within 5-10 min promiximity it's always as much as 10 cents more. This shows just how greedy and money hungry you guys are. I really hope you're forced to close down very soon.

I gave them one star because I cannot rate them any lower. The price of fuel is the highest in Melbourne. I drive as part of my duties. This would have to be the filthiest service station also that I have counted in counted not only in Melbourne but even in my travels overseas including Southeast Asia. The people that work there struggle with English to say the least. Customer Service is non-existent if you would want better customer service go to the Melbourne remand centre
