Unpleasant experience with customer service through Uber eats, the employee claimed that he was new and gave us the wrong order and one missing item. If you can’t even manage to have a decent employee who wouldn’t be able to take care of only “four” items in one single order, then I don’t know what’s the point of managing the employees in your company. Purely lacks of employee’s training, greatly disappointing.

The lady that served me was incredibly kind and served me with a smile on her face. Awesome service station to get some fuel or a snack as it has a really nice family owned vibe. 10 stars should be an option.

The cashier seems to be a very arrogant person and her service was not friendly at all.

I went into this fuel station just to pay for my fuel and buy an iced coffee ealy this morning. The assistant manager courtney seems to be a very arrogant person and her service was not friendly at all. I didnt feel comfortable doing something I do almost everyday. But Glenn however has always treated me nicely, always has a good conversation and a legend of a bloke. I strongly suggest either training courtney properly or get rid of her as she doesn't bring a positive attitude to her environment.

I went it one night at around 9.30, this guy Chris is an absolute legend. He actually deserves a raise. Was the most polite, efficient and helpful attendant I have ever encountered. Well done mate.

I dropped my wallet on the forecourt here and they express posted it to me with all the cash! Total legends when the lock down is over i will drive up from Melbourne and drop off a well deserved slab!
