12If I could give this service station a negative star, I would.worst and rude customer service ever. We took patrol and bought 2l milk and asked the staff if can warm up the milk bottle for our toddler, his reply was horrible. Initially he refused straightaway, then he reluctantly said yes giving all made up excuses at the same time he was showing rude attitude. Even questioning us don't you have microwave at home? Though we said we are tourist from Melbourne and this is for toddler. Indeed we leave the place after paying without warming up the milk bottle as the staff attitude was too much to take. I wouldn't mind at all if he would simply say it was against their policy or he was not comfortable to warm up toddler milk.
Handy fuel station /convenience store located on the outskirts of Daylesford on the Melbourne side. Keeps late hours.
Stopped here for some fuel and coffee.
Many fuel pumps to accommodate domestic vehicles and also larger trucks.
Wheel chair friendly, public toilets available.
Practices functional COVID protocol and also uses QR code log in.
Why close the servo at 10 o'clock on a weekend? Turned up at 5 past 10 and there were 3 cars wanting fuel.
Has all the usual stuff you expect to find in a servo, the upside to this is the friendly staff.
Nice clean servo. Friendly staff. Water cans are always full and windscreen squeegees are always new, have detergent and have a long handle. Typical top BP quality.
Petrol is the cheapest it has been for years and yet they are at $1.39. Disgusting how they continue to rip off the community!
For some reason Unleaded 91 was cheaper than most places nearby. Can't say the same for sure for 98 though.
It's a petrol station. It stinks as they all do. Go electric. Pressure the government for support.

Service person Taje most helpful, explained so much about place, rewards available, he kept stock well up to date, a very organised knowledgeable person
If I could give this service station a 0, I would. Seriously bad customer service. I had rang in advance from a friends wedding so I knew when they closed. The lady said "midnight, but come in about 5-10mins early", so I agreed. We arrived at the BP at 11.30. Plenty of time.we were then turned away due to "special cleaning" which I was not told about. We were fortunate enough to borrow a friends car. Otherwise we would have been stuck on the side of the road.highly recommend going somewhere else.good luck if you need petrol after 11pm. 0 stars
BP in daylsford is listed as being open between 12-5am and there is a request to ring the doorbell for service. We arrived and for 30 minutes there was no response, we have run out of diesel and cannot drive out vehicle. This has to be the worst service and most misleading advertisement. Try and use a different service station if you can.
