Received the worst customer service by Kushal at BP Thomastown, High Street. He has no idea of what customer service is. I called him for help when I was inside the car wash and guess what he said I can't do anything and started laughing. Ridiculous!

Very rude staff and look like unprofessional and always looks angry on face they didn’t say any hello or h r u I’m Bp loyal customer getting every second day for $70 to $80 fuel because I got my own delivery business but this staff behaviour not good with customer might be they loose everyday one customer it’s meant 30 customers for a month but doesn’t care

I never review fuel stations because I know very well behind the scenes. Today, console operator Guri made me do it. Firstly, Guri hadn't acknowledged me when I walked in to the store after filling fuel. I picked up two Red Bulls kept on the counter, then Guri asked for any fuel and walked away without saying a word. Other operator scanned I said I have fuel then scanned bp rewards twice, understand that he don't know how to do it then Guri came between asked me again any fuel I said already told couple time and scanned rewards then he was asked why are you irritated, just tired I told other guy twice and scanned, Guri said on my face DON'T BE SMART,

The person who is at the counter on 17 sep is 2023 at 6: 30pm
He is a worst guy he cant even know what is happening with the system
He doesnt even know how to deal with the customers
Very rude guy if he is new he need to learn everything what is going on with the system and everything

Good access from main road. Shop is small but stocked with necessities. Guy was friendly.

If I can score 0 I will for it. Staff here is a holy racist. I was not treated fair just because I am not white Aussie. I was forced to pre pay during normal time while others were getting their fuel normally. Thank you bp.

Air hose is continually not operative and attendants are so dismissive

Clean well set out garage wth car wash and basic food ect papers.
The ppl here are nice as well.

Easy access to the Australian Post Parcel Lockers at whatever time of the day that's most convenient to me. Absolutely fantastic

Used the carwash. Good. Lots of soap and scrubbed car clean. I purchased the full option wash dry wax. Also used the air type pump. All in good working order.

Because from the girls to Benny the manager to a lovely fella his Name is Troy the staff there are the best and I LUV Coles.

Great store. Always clean and friendly staff - just wish they'd get off the phone when serving you. Great car wash.
