Charged extra on food. When i ask for recipt they told me by mistake they charged extra…. Be carefull.

If I could I would score zero stars, this afternoon (Monday) I purchased donuts and they were stale, probably left overs from Saturday! This has happened to me on several occasions at this servo.

Very rood staf in night i ask any food is available with coffee she staight said "no"its seems like she said go away.

And all the gas stations owned by the indian which is nice.you can enjoy indian food everywhere now.

Rip off food tell you one price for roast dinner then when they put it on the counter charge you another price very rude indian starf that work there stay clear of this place for food and it would appear the response to all negative reviews are atomically responses truck drivers stay clere of this place

Staff are friendly. Unless you are there for breakfast, lunch or dinner, the food is otherwise substandard. Just bought a premade bacon and egg sandwich l, and the bread could be used as sandpaper. The amenities need a clean. Everything seems to be below average.

24hr truck stop yet the kitchen doesn't open until 6am. Happy to take money off long haul truck drivers for fuel but refuse to provide them with the ability to have a hot meal. Only thing available is a 4 and 20 pie

Too expensive, poor quality food and inept staff.as a truck driver who spends aprx 20-30$ on food daily on the road, I will not be stopping here again.

Lady over the kitchen side of the counter with coloured is nothing but a arrogant & disrespectful. Ordering my food & all she wanted was a argument. Needs to be retrained ASAP, won't be coming back here again. Take my business to Puma just down the road. Fuels cheaper also

Was until just now an avid bp customer.

Have been waiting for over 2 weeks for management to arrange payment for my broken tooth from their food which is serve and sold here.

To say say management have been less then helpful would be too kind

Dont waste your money or your loyalty to this Bp, one of the most expensive in area.

Hopefully this sparks at least some feedback.

Please once again do the right thing, as you ate publicly liable under law and basic ohs and decency.

I found the staff in the Cafe rude. I went there for simple meal not an argument. Cancelled my order and left.

I’ve been to this bp I bought charging adapter for truck and it didn’t fit got back to replace it then guy said you can’t change it, it’s broken seal now so I bought the new one, how I suppose to know it without opening it

The staff is really nice, good clean store, but the management is really bad. The food safety is nowhere to be seen. The food handling and the setup should be set on fire.
The staff try their best though.

The food was terrible didn't enjoy it at all,
Ate it regardless because it cost me 22$ for an omelette meal

On the fuel counter good staff, kitchen afternoon & tea time, very limited. Last couple of times been there, toilet has been CLOSED. Not good when you've been there all night, get up in the morning & need to go!

Has a great range of products, a little hot food cafeteria with seating area as well as coffee too. It also has toilets and showers available plus a little laundromat type facilities you can use.

Was charged for the wrong fuel can't be bothered coming back for $4 in price difference. Pump 5.

Excellent amenities and even better Dimmies, South Melbourne no less. Excellent burgers I love hot soggy lettuce and hard buns.

Good showers. Good heavy vehicle parking. Friendly happy staff on during the day. Good food during the day. After 8.30 pm food selection and menu is very limited. Night time waitress in kitchen is very UNHELPFUL and cranky. With that exception a pretty good place. Laundry facility's available.

The young girl behind the counter was so rude and had attitude problem.
I asked for a schnitzel roll and to heat it up, and then in a loud voice anything else.
That is bad customer service put some happy people there so you could actually talk to someone.
I won't be going back there after hours and I will make sure no one else goes aswell.
