Went to the car wash and didn’t even wash the car and just put soap all over it
and dried it up.went into Bp and the guy told me he won’t do anything after I told him soap was left all over the car just gave me a number which was closed. Had to use another car wash and cost me $40.
It’s not about the money but the principle of not even offering a credit to use it again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and will never return.

Washed my car in the auto car wash and you would think a new car wash would actually wash a car but apparently not. All the LEDs to make it look flashy but yet can't cast a car properly.

Had coffee for couple of times, this place offers for those 'to go's stuff such as pie, muffin, coffee and some of other things snacks and all that. Nice guy at the check out

Absolutely appalled at Sunbury BP. I went this morning to get a drink and a snack. I purchased a donut and coke. Come lunch time I went to open my donut and turned it over to find it covered in spots of mold. Upon further investigation the USE BY DATE is 19.05.21. It is very illegal to be selling out of date food, especially ones a year OVER the expiry date. Too bad if I didnt notice, ate it and ended up in hospital! I'm so disgusted at this BP and suggest all products on the shelf be stripped and all use by dates checked. Be lucky if don't ring health services and the BP corporate headquarters!

Very frustrating when I can't use my BP Fuel app.its supposed to make my fuel experience easier, except when the BP on question chooses not to allow BP Pay, its still paying for fuel.
Won't be coming to this BP Again

I felt the need to warn people.

Every time I attend this car wash, and use the vaccuming station, the area is always covered with overflowing trash, as though it never gets emptied or sanitised. It is revolting and feels extremely dirty and grotty. I wanted to shower after using it.

Whenever I use the car wash facilities, it takes over 30 seconds for the machine to actually pump out any soap or change settings (like from rinse to soap, or from soap to wax ect), and by that time, my money is all gone.

Very expensive, very filthy, terrible conditions and faulty.
Very appauled and revolted by this car wash, and wasted alot of money for a very poor outcome.

Always friendly staff never had any issues here. Always try and use this station when filling up!:)

Got here at 10: 30, when the staff said pay first before filling up (which I’m also expecting at that time) when I got inside the store I saw a lady paid in cash. I told the the staff that I need a full tank and then he let me fill up first before paying.after I filled my tank, i saw another guy paid after fuelling up. And I ask the staff, what time do you start this rule? (just to make him feel guilty) and he answered 10pm till 6am.which they filled up after 10 without being told to pay first.and the explained (they left their card here) which i remembered one of them paid in cash after filling up who’s not even there that long. Maybe i can call this a Racism after all. I’m Very disappointed how you look down on other people. It’s the First time I saw this guy and I’m not sure how long he’s been doing this. Very unprofessional.

Found it pretty pathetic the worker wouldn't accept my change so I could use the carwash, was not even polite just completely rude and arrogant

They got the new car wash.it's a laser wash, really really good. I loved it. Cleans the tyres really well. Will be going back again.

Do not use there automatic car wash, there is virtually no soap in the machine, when I pointed this out to them, they just say, well nobody else has complained, will not be going back.

I use the Self Serve car wash regularly. Its clean and good value at 3 minutes/dollar. Particularly like the foaming wax gun. I rarely use automatic car washes and the BP one is touchless iirc and is best left for only lightly soiled cars.

Great to see your employe had locked himself out of the servo so no one could get fuel this morning. Good job hiring him BP.

Awesome place good customer service and very helpful especially there staff members are very polite and always care for customer I think everybody needs to visit BP SuNBURRY instead of other fuel stations in SuNBURRY
