BP

Went to get petrol just before 3am, was told by the overweight Indian staff lady that I could only pay by cash. I asked why. She tried to explain vaguely and in somewhat poor English "machine isn't working will take a while to fix" so instead of doing her job and fixing the EFTPOS machine she lazily told me cash only for now. This staff member was also wearing headphones so she was clearly slacking on the job as well (taking personal calls or listening to music/podcasts). People don't always carry cash anymore and I only had card so this was a total waste of a trip, thankfully I fill up when I'm at 1/4 tank but I can't imagine what it would be like for someone in a dire situation. Train your staff better BP!

AND… they shut it down FOR SAFETY REASONS AFTER 10pm. (Few weeks ago they started shutting the toilets down for ykw? Safety reasons)

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I am 13 weeks pregnant and I politely asked if I could please just the toilet which is normally open. It was 10pm and I had nowhere else to go. She refused to let me use the bathroom. She also rolled her eyes and then I assume felt bad then said I could use it. I walked out without buying what I needed as well. They lost a customer today. Reviews are telling that their customer service needs improving. Work it out BP.

The ‘barista’ doesn’t know the difference between and iced coffee and iced latte, even though it’s explained on the menu board.

Disgusting customer service, I had the Indian lady that is the oldest in there (with glasses) working with the other young Indian girls, looked at me when I orederd my coffee and she said "3 sugars, you defiantly don't need that. " I said "why is that " she looked me up and down and said "look how skinny you are" which made no sense i than said i have thrroid problems and she rolled her eyes and laughed. Also she is rude every time I walk in to that store to me. My coffee was ready for 15 minutes sitting next to the other coffee cups, she kept looking over at me and laughing with the other staff member talking in their own language, but didn't tell me it was my coffee. One of the young girls had to come over and tell me 15minutes later! This women needs her qualifications checked as she is rude and knows nothing about customer service. Stands behind the counter drinking and eating like she owns the joint. As a regular at this business, every time I have an interaction with her it always end up feeling unprofessional and straight out RUDE! Pathetic!

Lady who works Friday arvos is really rude. Doesn’t even know how to greet or serve. I don’t understand why BP doesn’t train their staff to at least do a better service. I live just a street behind and would never encourage anyone to go there.

Fuel price here is probably the highest in the area. Inside, they’ve also got good coffee and snacks including warm food and muffins. Very clean and organised; and everything looks brand new. Staff were alright

Fuel prices aside, because these people can’t control that, this place exceeded all expectations. Toasted sandwich was awesome, oat milk coffee was steamed perfect, service was fantastic

Very kind and great service. Having forgot cups for an u/9’s soccer game for half time refreshments (+30deg day) the lady working very kindly offered to provide some cardboard coffee cups as they did not stock cups at the servo…disaster averted! Much appreciated

I visited Bp Kingsway yesterday and it was a different customer service all togather I was served by a girl named Dhurva and she had a beautiful smile and was extremely polite and helped me with all my need. I will now regularly visit this store.

Food is fantastic but their fuel is outrageously overpriced.
That's what I'm usually in need of so I'll tend to drive on by.

Rashi and her team has always made our stop at the fuel station a pleasant one. The coffee is nice and location is excellent. Only one problem, fuel is always a bit expensive than other BP’s around. It’s our everyday morning coffee stop

On 1/12/2020 vaibhav one of the employee of bp was working. I asked him to use wash rooms but he refused and said me it's against to use restrooms according to British petrol rules and regulations I have intestine issues and had some pains on my waist

Great David Jones food shop, great selection of ready to go food, especially the roast chicken is to die for. Very friendly and helpful staff.

One of the BP that I would go to, so many foods and great coffee! They have hot foods too and all foods are fresh! Love this petrol station. They used to have nitro coffee, but no longer doing them, hope they will bring it back again: (
Overall, it is always good experience coming to this station.
