34Awesome chai latte as usual at Bp service station. Don’t know how they make it but always best chai latte’s at bp tried many places around melbourne but this is amazing
They said NO to microwave my home made food. And not discount on bp rewards wild bean coffee. I am uber driver.
The worst customer service ever experienced I’m an Uber driver and was trying to use Uber rewards they said you can’t use them I asked why instead of giving an appropriate answer the staff reply ask Uber like you working at store and can’t tell me why I can’t use Uber rewards and you want me to contact Uber separately just to know the reason
Went in for dinner tonight before heading up north in the truck ordered a chicken schnitzel it came out looking like something it had been in the fryer way to long tasted that way to salad consisted of lettuce and soggy tomatoe big disappointment as have been there before and had a good meal
The worst food I've ever attempted to eat.the service was no better, staff couldn't understand a word said to them, they also had no idea what food they were dishing out to people and the food was old as the earth itself and completely unedible. 3 people in the truck all spent $20 each and we all threw it out.
Most truck pumps out of order and this pump has been broken for months and still hasn’t been fixed
Evie Chargers recently been installed a few weeks ago mid June 2022 in BP.
Grab a snack whilst charging your car.
Thanks you so much for great coffee yesterday around 5pm.the lady should get pay rise, she made a coffee that make you stop next time to buy again I wish we can find same sort of barista on all coffee shops …….
After being turned away from Ampol at 11: 50pm, I’m thankful that you were open and had petrol to allow me to get home safe tonight. Thank you.
Caution! Only BP I know of that calls out VIC roads to hand out parking fines to interstate truck drivers having a 7hr after spending $1200 on fuel and buying dinner. I thought this place was meant to be a BP truck stop, will be using BP 20 minutes up the highway from now on.
We arrived around 8: 45am on a Saturday, with a time schedule as we had to be in Ballarat by 10: 30. We pumped our petrol, paid for the petrol & ordered 2 coffees. We could see that the attendant was busy with a lot of orders, so went to the cafe next door to grab our food while we waited, to be time efficient.
After returning some 15 minutes later with the food, it became apparent that the attendant not only HAD NOT started making our coffees, but had FORGOTTEN what the coffees even were? ! He was ‘waiting until I returned’ to confirm with me what they were…
He had not written the order down at all- maybe in future they could be writing the orders on cups or something…?
As it was our mocha ended up being made as a latte. And we were late to our commitment.
Good food and showers but no parking for interstate drivers because of all the local trucks in the parking area.
This subway is the cleanest subway lve ever seen l give them 5 stars bc there rolls are yummy and you carnt ever see a finger print any where lovley place too sit down relax and eat some munchies lol
Showers and food are great
But it’s no good for parking for interstate drivers because you let all the locals park in there
The bogan blonde lady with her hair tied
back behind the counter at the 24 hr takeaway roadhouse needs to learn how to speak to people when they ordering fold. Very rude.
She looks like shazza from househoes.
Great location. Big. Usually the cheapest BP. Plenty of parking and food choices. Traffic lights to re-enter Cooper St.
Good disabled parking and access.
Average. Not much parking for trucks, frustrating when there is empty land sitting idle next to it but billion dollar company BP doesn't want to buy it. Whats worse this service station replaced the massive one at Cooper/Sydney Rd pre bypass which was the biggest truck stop in the country
A servo is a servo, but the 24hr meal option is great for shift workers like myself. Polite, friendly service, some foods a little pricey but you are paying for convenience when there are few other options.
Yeah food service and comfort, parking, variety friendly staff, washing machine/ dryer. Weigh bridge every thing ya need to get ya threw even some spare parts. Love the convenience of being able to pay for diesel at a separate counter really saves time. Top notch
Lazy staff in the mornings, the blonde and indian girl unfortunately don’t know how to refill or change the anti-bacterial dispensers and don’t change their gloves. The blonde girl has the worst attitude, when asked for anti-bacterial after using their dirty uncleaned petrol bowsers she said “just whats there! ” And walked off in a huff and puff. Disgusting servo
