Staff is very rude they don’t even know the meaning of customer service…. I am also working in a fuel station but We are not dealing with the customers like they guys doing

Got in for the posted $1 coffee in the machine only to be stopped midway by the attendant herself (the quality is terrible was milk and brown water) and then offered to be made the coffee by herself behind the counter, and almost got charge for $3 and she claimed that it’s because a “barista” machine
Wasnt allowed to redo it in machine and was told to pay her another $1 to redo
Or pay $3 for the “barista” coffee

The lady at the front said you can’t use the bathroom unless you buy something from the store! Wth kinda service is that

Person behind the counter has no idea what hubbed or sendle is and refused to help me. Told me to come back in an hour because they didn't want to help. When I explained she had other packages behind the counter with the same logo she said I'm in the phone talking, don't interrupt me.

Australia has gone down the toilet with customer service.

There are alot of complaints about this place - I had a good experience with dropping off a ParcelPoint return ‍️ the Indian lady referred so often in the reviews was really helpful and cheerful to me.

Great customer service whenever we fill up petrol here with the added bonus of a free bottle of water or coffee if you spend over $80 on your fill up.

Accidental forgot to pick up my pack of smokes and when I went back to get them the lady said I had got them so had to buy another pack. I hope you review the camera from between 7.11pm and 7 50 pm on 3rd January and see i paid.

Went there for petrol fill up and parcel pick up, got the worst service ever from Indian lady, had to beg for my own parcel, ridiculous! Will never ever go back again

Got my petrol in a 600ml bottle that I drank the coca-cola out of then snorted some coke and smoked some ice cubes in a glass pipe

Parcel point should not be in this store. They cannot even afford to stick a return label on the parcel.

I went here to fill up petrol and buy a drink but I needed to use the toilet first.
The operator waited for me outside the toilet and she said in a condescending rude tone "this is not a public toilet" and that I blocked her pump for too long.
So what's the point of those "customer facilities" you advertise on your website?
Needless to say i left embarrassed without filling up and took my business to the 7 eleven next door.no toilets there but they have better coffee and customer service.

Says online open 24/7 says on the door open untill 11pm every day but when I got there at 10.05pm and after waiting 5 min for the rude attendant to even bother to come to the door he told me they close at 10pm.pathetic

I came in and went to fill up fuel they don’t have 95 octane which is what my car takes the attendant recommended that we put 98 and said I have to pre pay because someone was in the drivers seat

The way you you speak to customers determines if they will fill there car up I will never set foot here again
I have 3 cars which means you lost multiple sales

To refill a 9kg BBQ gas bottle they charge $25 - rip off
In Noble Park you can get a bottle filled for $16
Even the swap and go is more expensive than Bunnings so watch out

BP brand is so good but they have to train their staff well, it was my 4th visit to this store and I had never been acknowledged or greeted by their staff, they do their job like they got a punishment. They don’t even deserve 1STAR.
