I wondered why do I always see the toilet out of Order, from past 1year, probably around 8-10times I have noticed it. And then I read the comments, guess the franchise don’t care about this one anymore

I have never seen unprofessional service like this on any Bp. I don't feel like giving any star. STAFF IS VERY RUDE. I paid for 2 car wash 18/8/23, and today is almost 1 month car wash not working wasted my money. They always mention TOILETS NOT WORKING, but if, at the sudden, someone come in Suits, they hand over the toilet keys to them (RACIST). Again, there is an UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, VERY RUDE.
I'm never coming back here.

Since last 3 months I've been noticing that the toilet is out of order.
When are you guys going to fix it

24×7 toilet is out order when asked the staff what's the reason, I got the response I don't know just started my shift.

So cruel staff i ever seen in bp service station, never opens their toilets, i fill there often, every time they same issue with toilet they say, even a person is dieing inpain

Went there today 13/06/22 approx 3 pm lady and a guy working there very rude worst customer service I had experienced
Asked if they could help me with the air compressor as I’m a female and have. A lot of health issues and I asked politely if they could help me they answer was they couldn’t help they would have their job on the line
Didn’t realise that you could get in trouble by your boss if you showed some kindenes and be helpful they are a disgrace and I’m disgusted by the i attitudes

Used few automated car wash before and those were really good. This machine actually damaging the car and paint work. In other automated car wash final
blower blows away the water here it doesn't. The rubber rollers stuck in panel and damaged it.

First time using automated car wash, $15 for a clean, wax and dry, good price. There is the option of buffing for an extra $3, which I opted out.

The machine was easy to use, sounds a bit scary inside the car during the wash. For the price I’ve paid, I don’t expect a sparkling clear results, and as expected, the car is cleaner than before, but definitely not clean.

There are still quite a lot of dirty marks left on my car, but I think I’ve got what I’ve paid for.

Probably great for a quick wash if your car isn’t super dirty.

Love this carwash, I take my car through it every few weeks. I've seen a few comments that the carwash isn't great, but I've found it excellent - when it's open! I would say it's closed at least half the times I've been to use it, even before lockdowns.
The team here are nice, especially the Maori lady, she seems lovely.
They are also a Sendle drop-off Hub, very convenient for small businesses during the lockdowns.

Wake up mate and do the right things. Otherwise, be ready to get 0 star. Just ask to use the toilet and very quick to respond, out of service.

What can I say about this BP station. They sell petroleum and petroleum related products. Overpriced concessionaire foods and poor tasting bean juice. However it meets all the requirements of a BP station. It’s in a rather convenient location and sometimes you just need some fuel.

Carwash no good vaccum not working at the moment. Why pay for something that doesn't work? They still offered me the service

Ya it’s fine. Expensive but they sell gasoline close to the Cory. Don’t come here expecting a deal or anything but hopefully you already knew that.

Bad experience. Staff didn’t understand their own promotions and when pulled up on it, they are still confused. Telling ppl buy 2 chocolates for $2 and get 8c off per Litre when the real promo is buy two chocolates at full price and get 8c off per litre. Thus they overcharged me, had to wait for refund and had to explain their own promo to them. Waste of time.

I got a maxi cappuccino from a man without any foam. I was a barista.when I realized I just payed for a coffee with milk without any foam, feel so bad

Grumpy staff at the payout counter in the convenience store. No greeting or thank you, prefer to use a self check-in counter than having to deal with impolite bad mannered staff.

Worst customer service speed ever. They had a problem with one of their EDC machine. While the other EDC machine is working. But, they dont allow me to use the working one. Instead they tried to restart the Cashier and ATM machine, and make wait for almost 20 minutes. In the end after 20 minutes. The trainee did very well to calm me down, he apologized many times and keep me update every minute, even offered me free coffee. But, I was in a hurry that was why I was a bit upset, as I really need to be back on the road quickly.

This is an expensive station all rates are atleast 10 p higher than any of competitirs. You do not have a decent machine for air all defective. People go there thinking there is no other but they are wrong, the shell one is just right turn less than a km away

Came to this BP for petrol and air the tyre. The Petrol price is the most expensive one in Melbourne City area. The air pump nearly ruined my tyre. Staff told me later that the air pump has been out of use for a long period. However, no sign to indicate this. And I asked for the air pump with the cashier. She told me where to find it. But she did not tell me that the air pump has been out of use. What a shame!
