I refilled my petrol tank at 11am 23/04 Sunday. Customer representative was rude!
Never refill from here! There is more petrol station near by!

These are the worst customer services ever, they so rude and don't help you at all when you need it and just don't understand or speak English properly and also they just ignore you and so loudly voices. So don't ever go their

First time found Car Wash (Manual/Machine) in Melbourne, thanks to BP. They had many options for car wash, and the queue isn’t that long. 2$ for 4 minutes, pay with coin or banknotes for manual. For the car wash by the machine, you need to pay at the cashier first. We loved BP than any other petrol station.

They use a no tap-on function POS machine to save bank fee, but not telling customers. The doggy guy who working there will pressure customers to show the bank account to prove money there and finally push u to pay by card with saving account. This shop can just make a sign there, not to show off his arrogant ugly face.

Don't buy anything other than fuel, The manager is really irresponsible and never got a proper response. Got a gift card from this place which wasn't loaded with money and went to store like some 10times to sort out but never heard anything apart from "come back later".

(25/12/2020 at 6: 35pm) I stopped off at this place for a snack on my way home but turned away after being observed and pressured by the worker behind the counter; who also closed the auto door briefly when I was trying to leave as maybe he thought I was shoplifting. This to me is terrible customer service; I felt unwelcomed and distrusted.

I'm a local and almost never seen the place with a functioning air unit, also the disel fuel here is highly questionable!

Forced to prepay fuel due to my plate number not being on their 'database'. Thats a blatant lie. Never again. BP u r on notice.

Shaikrishna he is in the counter now at 11: 30 pm. Wont let me go in to the toilet. This is disgraceful.

Got gas tank full from this fuel station and the guy named Swaroop didn't let me use the toilet. What a shame to customer service.

23/11/18 night the two guys working there are useless. Went to buy cigarettes and on my way out I realized i got the wrong ones. Went back to swap then and the guy said “I showed them to you, you confirmed, I can’t swap it”. The ones I wanted are exactly the same price but even if it wasn’t I told them i could pay the difference. Great customer service

Difficult to get in and out of due proximity to very busy round-about. Most staff are friendly, except 1 male who is a down right pig. Prices instore are high on most things. On a positive note, can earn velocity points.

On the 20th of june 2018 me and a freind were on our way to fill up at a servo station on the corner of broadway and boldrewood parade. Im of african background and friend is caucasion.
We commenced to both fill up our cars.and his one surprisingly started working.while mine didnt. I went inside to go see why mine wasnt working and i was asked to pay first.and when i asked why the only reply i got was, "im sorry sir" this is pure racism.
I tried to speak to the manager who totally ignored me and went about his own business.

The service that i have received was absolutely disgusting and i do not recommend anyone to go and fill their tanks up at this local bp.

Rude customer service and he can't accept pre pay in litres but only in dollars. New level of useless.

Not a bad petrol station. There are two entrances which you may enter this BP service station, the Boldrewood Parade street entrance (immediately after the roundabout) or the Gisborne Cres entrance.

It is quite a large BP service station, which means you don’t normally have to wait. I have never used the automatic car wash so I can’t comment on this. Overall it is what you would expect from a service station.

Avoid this service station. Better off using the Coles Express Shell on Broadway. Used the car wash which damaged my car and they refused to repair it. Customer service is non-existent.
