11 I would like to express my appreciation. A very big thank you to Wendy who served me this morning.
I had my bosses van and had to fill up diesel and adblue. I had his credit card but not the pin. She split my transaction into two and i was able to tap with the card. She saved my life as my boss was on a plane to Sydney for work and i couldnt get in touch with him. She definitely made my day. Thank you Wendy, we need more of you in this world.
Very friendly cafe inside the BP. Mrs Lynn very kind and friendly. Her food handling is so good, fast and hygienic.
This is the only BP i have been to that tells me I have to pay a surcharge when using a motor card to pay for my petrol. I told her I never pay surcharge when using at other BP. She told me all BP charge a surcharge on motor card. I went to my cars however, picked up my past receipts from other BP to ahow her that i have never been charged surcharge. She wasn't even interested to see them. She then changed her story and said that it's a franchise and so this franchisee is different and so I have to chrged since I pump petrol here. Blacklist this place please.
The car wash won't take credit card and the note machine does not work. The brushes look like they have not been replaced in years and the who place is filthy and full of holes.
Over charging on the magnum ice-cream, plus other items. When in uniform, no need to prepay. When in casual wear. So vigorous on the microphone Indian boy payyyyy first. Then the Arab boss said go away don't need your business. Very nice from him. Peasant
They always make you prepay even if you’re a regular. They don’t have 95 octane fuel for some strange reason, plus I went there the other night and had to pay $1.93 per litre for 98 octane because there was no 95! The one at Gladstone Park shopping centre is a million times better and the staff are all great there.
Was told to take my shoes off if i want to enter the store and walk on a wet floor. Very rude staff
Doesn’t have a ‘Wild Bean Cafe’. Otherwise just a normal servo with a decent jet wash facility.
Good facilities, not enough diesel pumps for cars but plenty for trucks
Don’t bother filling up here at night you have to prepay even if you are a regular
Great friendly staff and a carwash 'located there AS Well. Hungry back to but wouldn't recommend hungry Jack's as if had to deal with there management and they are terrible. But BP is A1
Close to ring road and calder freeway interchange, next to hungry jack, restroom available, clean store and friendly staff.
