BP

Came here enough times and had enough of this Blackburn BP! Worst service! Talks as if I do not understand English and has happened multiple times where i tried to scan my bpme on phone it scans my default paypass on my phone before it scans the bpme. Have suggested they put it in a different spot before but still the same. (The scanner is behind the divider screen and the eftpos machine is in front of the screen)
Please learn what tone and expression you should use when you are working providing service.

I was here yesterday. I asked the cashier if he had change for a $50 note so that I could use the Laser Wash next door and he said that if I want change that I will need to purchase something. He said that they don't own the Laser Wash next door, so that's why I can to buy something in order to get change. I was appalled at his response. Very un-Australian! So, I went down the street to Bucatini Restaurant & Bar and they gave me change without any hassle.

More expensive than other BPs, price for 95 set a lot higher than most others I’ve been to. Type pump errors multiple times per type - I was there a long time.

Very bad service. He refused to access the toilet recist man. I will never stopp again and will neither recommand to anyone else

Waste of time and money. Went through the Laser no touch car wash to remove dried rain marks but the final fine spray not working so was left with large dried water marks. What the hell. Run down, useless service. Need to step up BP and monitor your outlets.

Be very careful - the car wash here is pathetic. $1 / 90 seconds (you can find better in this area) gets you the lowest water pressure I've seen anywhere - of course, you end up spending more money as a result.

Attendants rearely greet you. 9 times out of 10 are on their phones and will generally make you wait a couple of seconds before putting it down and telling you how much you owe them. There is only one guy who works there who will smile at you everytime and always serve you as you arrive at the counter. I get that it isn't the greatest job in the world, but they could always find something else without the burden of speaking to customers.

Car wash here is pathetic.soap doesn’t work properly, spray pressure is weak. Coin changer doesn’t work either! Avoid this car wash!
