Very bad service. The guy behind the counter in the cafe serving us was absolutely terribly rude, he dumped mine and my partners food on the counter and when serving us he was rolling his eyes and just didn’t seem like he wanted to be there or serve us. Don’t appreciate that nasty service at all.

I have had really bad experiences at this place. The elderly Women with shot grey hair working here in the evening 15 October 2023 is extremely rude and very racist. She have no Name tag in here uniform so idk her name but she behaving very rude just for nothing. Same things were happened with my other tuckie collogue last week too. Same old lady with shot hair evening shift have no customer sense.

I stopped here with my disabled mother yesterday. The staff were very friendly and helpful. While the toilets were very clean and tidy, they were at the opposite end of the building to the disabled car park. That is a long way for someone who struggles to walk. Can I suggest you make the 6 motorbike parking bays near the cafe door into more disabled parking and move the motorbike parking elsewhere

The BP truck stop is great, there’s plenty of food there then there is an independent food court with hungry jacks and other options.

Rude customer service. Tried to charge $30 more than the Bowser. EFTPOS down charge extra to use atm

I have had really bad experiences at this place. The elderly gentleman with long hair working here in the evenings is extremely rude and very racist.
I have seen him behave differently to people who don’t look caucasian.

Recently he was abusing a customer (who also had a small baby with him) and shouting at him from behind the counter.
The customer was only asking him to charge the correct price for the drink which wasn’t scanning at the right price. Finally he refused to sell the drink to the customer and the customer just walked out of the shop without buying anything.
Extremely poor customer service at this place

I have stopped going to this place and have asked al the drivers of my fleet to stop going here

Good truck stop to stop by if you are doing long journey.
The BP store had a well equipped range of supplies from drinks to all necessary items.
It also had an ATM, Hungry Jacks and coffee shop
They also had charging station for electric vehicles by RAVC

We stopped for fuel on our way to Sydney and met Perry at the register. She was very nice to us, kind and nice to talk to. So we stopped again on the way back and Perry was so nice and we had a friendly chat. She's my new friend. Thank you Perry! - Abdullah, 9 years old (almost 10)

Don’t even bother! Absolutely FILTHY! It was more hygienic to change our child in the car park. Not a clean surface on site, bathrooms were revolting… Y U C K!

Wow, the changes are amazing, the beautiful bubbly blonde, who’s smiling face you see when you walk in is something you need after a big drive, great customer service, and always up for a chat. Kirsten you have the best personality and I’ll come back just for a yarn. Great work BP Barney

Toilets not clean. A servo on the highway just needs clean toilets and some food. Multiple toilets filthy. Toilet paper everywhere. Multiple blocked.

Avoid this stop at all costs-keep driving!
The carpark and gardens are full of trash.
Tables inside and out are absolutely filthy, coated in food, drink and rubbish.
The toilets had clearly not been cleaned recently and the baby change in the family room was broken and unsafe for use.
The only words to describe the playground are vile and foul. We wouldn't let our children play on it, it was an absolute disgrace.
If my brand or reputation were associated with this location I would be mortified.

With only 20km left of petrol in my tank I pull in to find they have no petrol to suit my vehicle. Both my car and my motorbike have a minimum requirement of RON95 otherwise they will knock. Both the 95 octane and 98 octane were out of order… good thing I could make it to the united down the road or I would have been in serious trouble. What kind of terrible management leaves a petrol station missing 2 out of 3 types of petrol? Get on top of your orders.

Customer service representative is very rude. Can we please get in people trained to keep customers happy?

They closed for next couple days, you cant get fuel. They didnt even bother to let customers know on the main highway, when you turn off.
When confronted about it, the staff didnt care, or help with other fuel sations. Dont stop here.

Arrived to be told that you were closed today. Pretty poor for a truck stop to have no service offerings; petrol, food, drink or toilets.

No 95 or 98 RON fuel. Only 91RON and diesel fuel. Most pumps don't work. Long waiting time for fuel and to pay. Internet doesn't work most of the times. No ATM. No internet, can't buy food, drink or pay for fuel. This problem has been on going for 8 weeks. Not getting better. Getting worse. Manager doesn't seem to care. Too many excuses.

Pulled over for refilling & took a good 4 to 5 hours of rest in the car park along with the family as I was too tired on my SYD-MEL drive. Great coffee and food and would always take a stopover if I don't book my motel. Great Great Place to recharge during long drive.
