Counter staff make lots of mistakes, the place is dirty chewing gum stuck to floor in treatment room floors never washed dirt and dust around base of beds, mens toilets vomit in urinal flush not working been their, squeaky doors and had an argument about them wanting to keep my Medicare card and have walked out many times forgetting to retrieve it at the desk. When I asked for my card the girl had fifty or so of them to go through to find mine. DONT BOTHER!

They never return calls with important information like they claim, they leave you hold for extended periods of time and since when do you have to pay several weeks in advance for a telehealth consult? ! I don't even have to pay in advance for my specialist telehealth appointments!

The receptionists and the Doctors give you mixed information, and do not follow up with you about your queries. I had to call back 2 more times to get an answer. Even though they recognised their mistake they wanted me to book another appointment and pay again just to get a prescription that I should have gotten in my first appointment! So that' would have been a total of 4 appointments (3 with the Doctor and 1 with the nurse) just to get one vaccination.

The front desk is very lazy.the phone is never answered.i was making a call and had been waiting for 20 min but still no one picked up. I walked to this clinic front desk and spoke to the girl to cancel my appointment.but she was not on the phone and the desk phone was set on mute and I saw all coming calls flashing and were just stupidly waiting.you can't trust them

Receptionist asked to "see" my photo I. D.after seeing my Medicare card. She then put my licence on a scanner to take and keep a copy for their files. She didn't ask my permission. I had to stop her. Her excuse was that some people pretend to be other people. I told her she is looking at my licence and at me, she can see I am the same person on the Medicare card. Only good thing about here was how easy it was to get an appointment, which I realise now was a red flag.

Had to wait for an hour and 20min to see a doctor, while heavily pregnant and with a very unwell 4yo boy.
Asked multiple times to be seen or changed doctors and nothing happened. When the dr finally saw us he apologised saying he was never notified that we were there

Positive: Dr Jo-Anna Chen is excellent. Caring and knowledgeable.

Negative: No longer bulk billing. There is a CARD SURCHARGE when paying by card. This is NOT mentioned on their website OR displayed anywhere in the clinic. I would have brought cash if I'd known.

Cancelled my appointment just 1 hour before and explained that their physiotherapist resigned and the new physiotherapist is only available once a week for a few hours. And I can’t go to another clinic as I started my sessions with them.
Need to pay $2 for mask which is free for other clinics

Way too under staffed and busy. I came here on Sunday to do a blood test. I got there at 9: 40 and was number 17. There were so many ppl waiting and the guy was only up to number four in 40 minutes. Way too busy and the guy works insanely slow. God knows when he can get to number 17. Maybe they should hire more staff or someone who is more competent. I've been to do many pathology labs, none at bad as this.

Do yourself a favour and go to another clinic. These doctors are not particularly experienced and miss obvious medical conditions. They will also try to scam you into paying full private fees when you booked a bulk billing service. They will charge you full fees if you ask a question relating to a second medical condition during your consultation. Stay safe and stay away.

Ongoing issue with staff no answering calls despite I was on the phone for 20mins. Ridiculous system that you can only call to book for a nurse however you can’t call through the clinic to speak to a staff. This happened all the time. We are really sick and tired of the booking system. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Very easy to get an appointments and parking access to the clinic adds to the ease.
My entire family attends the clinic and have had a very good experience.
Reception staff is very prompt and polite

I have been going to the clinic for around 4 years. I always had pleasant experience, though not since I saw Dr Syeda and Dr Joanna recently.

Please do not reply/reach out to me further in regards to the review, since I am not well at all.

I found this clinic is very clean and well set up, especially receptionists in this clinic are very friendly and helpful. I definitely will recommend this place to my friends.

Deplorable service, (or complete lack of it!) have been trying to contact this clinic on their given number for 3 days and am put on hold every time and then after waiting 45 minutes the call goes dead! So incredibly un professional.

Used to be a good clinic, now they make you pay for for every little service, asking 2 questions during a visit is extra, booking after 8 is extra, little basic services that used to be free are extra.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!
My daughter (17 months old) was seen by a female Indian GP from the clinic who was very dismissive of my concerns that she had an UTI… told me it was just a nappy rash and to use nappy rash cream more often. Then she proceeded to ask if I was a first time mother (don’t see how this is relevant to my concern for my daughters health).

A few days later, my daughter was still unwell so we took her to another GP from a different clinic who ordered a pathology urine test immediately which confirmed my fears that she had an UTI which needed antibiotic treatment straight away! Had I listened to the Indian female GP from box hill superclinic and just kept applying nappy rash cream, my daughter might’ve ended up in the Emergency room at hospital for a kidney infection because that’s what happens if UTI is left untreated!

Receptionist was very rude and doctors lack knowledge. Saw two doctors who told me conflicting information. Nurse was very nice and informative though

The receptionist at the clinic is fantastic n helpful. Joanne made my first time visit after a few years so welcoming. She is the most pleasant and patient receptionist I have met. I shall refer my friends to this clinic.
