Friendly, good location, free parking and coffee and has everything you need for home reno, repair and building.

The cleanest and neatest material shop so far. It is dry weather and windy however the outdoor is spotless. Staff has been working hard on sunday and they are all remarkable friendly. Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

This is one of the bigger store. Can find most of the hardwares here except landscaping items. Staff are helpful.

The best quality and tons of knowledge the staff here have. Also they are great to talk to. I love coming in here when ever I need specific items. Also Pasquale who I have known for ages has been working there for about over 20 years. I know I will get the specific item I need while he is on shift. Bunnings has so much which doesn’t pass the quality test, but Bowen’s makes sure that they get quality equipment to sell. Keep up the great job

We walked into Bowens with the wrong order from other store. The staffs in north melb were so helpful especially Robby made sure we got everything right. I was a bit paranoid with the previous wrong order and walked him to the yard to make sure our order is right, however he did not get mad. Robby was so patient with me and explained things professionally. Very friendly staffs and great culture. I would highly recommend Robby and north melb Bowens.

Finally given up. Awfully small range, unbearably overpriced and always a struggle with the general organisation; mislabeled products, inexplicable price differences to those displayed. Nice people but it’s such a hassle. Never again.

I normally dont write reviews. But given my experience with the Bowens team in North Melbourne I thought their excellent customer services and their willingness to help customers shouldn't go unnoticed. From the managers to all the staff in the store are probably the most friendliest and helpful team I have come across. They make you feel welcome, they are always smiling and straight out down to earth people. I think the secret might be they actually enjoy their job and helping people. Well done guys and THANK YOU.

The guys at Bowens North Melbourne are always ready to help. I mostly shop there on a Saturday and they have heaps of staff on so no problems getting service and / or advice.

The salesman knew exactly what I was after and was was of great help. Sont be scared to ask for a discount either. He gave me one.

A rude employee with the name Steven got quite aggressive and confronting when trying to cut and purchase a simple board.
He didn't pay any attention to what measurements were given to him and refused to cut any other board.
It's good to shop local but this staff member has completely destroyed any Faith with this store.

I have just had the best customer service experience at Bowen’s, North Melbourne. From the moment I walked in to driving back out I was looked after.
The guys couldn’t do enough for me on advice, sorting product and finding extra stock out the back.

At the same price and a better product - I will never buy timber from Bunnings ever again.

Huge Superstore for buying Dressed/Processed Timber, Wood Products, Wood-based Boards, Wooden Logs pre-cut in different Shapes and Sizes.

I always enjoy going over to these shops there are always a bargain and huge specials everytime im there also i love a testing out the new tools whilst im there and it is always great to get my car washed while im shopoing about around the centre also i can never go past the specials they always have and with having to try the great coffee and experience the best service from the friendly staff i always come to this centre as its my absolute favorite
