Boutique Tiles

Visited Laverton store last week referred by my friends. We received excellent customer service by Reddy. Tiles delivery was quick as he promised and he has suggested best options which were suitable for my house. My overall experience at this store was very good and would recommend it for others as well. I highly recommend to meet Reddy for your best options.

My family and I did come to your store last month. We had a discussion with one of your employee who was very pushy and didn't want to hear our thoughts on the kind of design that we wanted.

It was really a great experience working with Boutique tiles. The quality of work is awesome and that too at a very affordable price. They did the jobs on time. All the staffs at Boutique tiles were very helpful and provided suggestions which helped me to choose the right tiles.

What a completely unprofessional business.

You're threatening legal action against my sister Radhika for leaving an honest review of our experience at your store, allow me to jog your memory since you're having so much difficulty recalling my family visiting your store, think back to quote 2219.

Our first experience at your store was actually great, spoke to a great sales lady who provided us with great advice and a prompt quote.

My family and I returned again much later for an updated quote and to see if there were any new tiles range released. It was then, the most pushy arrogant sales member (I think his name was Raj) ruined our experience and we decided not to return

He wasted our time showing us pictures of the alleged homes that he sold and provided us with unsolicited 'colours' advice despite us not requesting for his opinion.we merely wanted an updated quote and to see if there were any new tiles out. He was incredibly demeaning and pushy and had to gall to ask if we were from his native country, using a demeaning tone just because we didn't know about some cultural ritual they were going to do before they determine the opening date of their new showroom

This isn't India, corruption capital where you can go threatening people just because they left feedback about having an awful experience at your store

He was criticising our choice of wanting to have hanging vanities in our bathrooms because his nephew broke theirs off their wall by leaning too hard on it.

You think my sister was one of your competitors trying to defame you? Please do give a us list of your competitors, I would love to have a field trip this weekend visiting all of them and recommending them to my friends and relatives!

Instead of arguing with everyone that had a negative experience at your store, take it as constructive feedback and train your staff not to behave this inappropriately towards potential customers. Maybe if we had been caucasian, and not an ethnic female, we may have been treated differently, and have our choices respected, not criticised.

I cannot thank Chino, Raj and Mani enough for their 5 star customer service. They were all fantastic and very patient as i couldn't make up my mind and then we had a few problems but they came to our rescue and solved our problem. Very rare do you find a business with this kind of customer service, nothing was too much trouble for them, and everytime we went they always greeted us with smiling faces. If you need tiles or carpet look no further Boutique Tiles is the place to go. Thank you again to all of you, your all amazing.

I highly suggest Boutique Tiles. Awesome range of tiles, laminate and hybrid flooring. We are so upbeat of our decision. Mani helped me through the selection of hybrid floor which is the best suitable for my house interior. I would like to visit again for another house.

A very personalised service was provided by Boutique tiles. To make sure with their supplies they even visited us in our investment property along with us. Tiles are beautiful and so was service. Not to forget it helped us in evaluating our property better.
