You pay for the service here - the bouquets lasted the whole day, seamless delivery and set up, and behind-the-scenes coordination to replace florals unavailable at the last minute.

The team made the great bouquet but completely ignored the delivery instructions and were inflexible, despite that there are special fields for this information on their website and that the order was made beforehand. For these reasons, the delivery of the bouquet was unnecessary.

Furthermore, Yulia ignored my last email and hasn't provided any details, why it happened so. That was the last straw why I decided to write a negative review.

I hope, that the order form will be reviewed and the information provided there will not be ignored in next orders.

I am at a loss for words. I actually cannot believe the insensetive attitude and the sarcasm or lack of any compassion that I have just been spoken with. This company took my order, didn't deliver on Valentines Day to my wife and two daugthers.a tradition that I've managed to maintain for more than 12 years. I called them on Valentines day to confirm that they received the order from a day before, they confirmed that it was with the driver.but never delivered. When speaking to them today it was made out to be my fault becasue "why would I be ordering from a florist in Northcote, when I'm in Lysterfield". Mind you their sysem accepted the order and even showed it to be delivered.

As I mentioned earlier, I could still try and accept this, if I was at least spoken to with some level of compassion for the situation. But no, absolutely horrible. NEVER EVER AGAIN! People like this just should not be in a service orientated business.

The team at Bouquet Melbourne are phenomenal! We had to change our delivery address last minute and they were still able to deliver the same day. Customer service is a 10/10 and their flowers are gorgeous! A massive thank you to the whole team here!

I absolutely loved my flowers! They were exactly what I had imagined and just looked so stunning. Lost one star due to a lack of correspondence to a couple emails and because I didn’t receive a call to let me know my delivery was running late which I was stressing about and so I ended up calling about 40 mins later to chase it up. Communication is super vital for a bride but again, the bouquets were beautiful and well priced.

I cannot thank Julia and the team at Bouquet Melbourne enough for our ceremony and reception florals. We were absolutely blown away by how easy Julia made the process of deciding on centrepieces and which flowers would compliment our colour pallet. Our guests complimented how beautiful the flowers were.
