I have been using services from Boundary plumbing for more than 2 years now. Rick from Boundary plumbing has been very help ful in providing services with his timely response and expertise.
Not only he does a good quality job but always available to look into the issues if any on jobs that are done months and years earlier by his team.

Had a leak coming through the ceiling and needed an emergency call out. Matt who took my call was courteous and professional. Jordan and Darcy arrived at my property in less than an hour and couldn’t have been more friendly and methodical in trying to identify and solve the problem. Contacted this business when my gas water unit sprung a leak. Matt was assigned the job promptly on a Monday. Matt came on time and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the issue. Overall, very professional. Great, clear communication. Wouldn't hesitate to use this business again.

The guys did a fantastic job, no fuss, no mess rocked up when they said and just got the job done. I've been told by quite a few people that the price of that particular service is outstanding. These guys are ok.

So impressed with this company. Very accommodating, punctual, friendly and professional. Most impressive though was that they are "HONEST". Matt came out, and was patient, checked out my drain, and concluded that nothing further was required. He could have told me anything. So impressed to see there are still honest and professional operators out there. They may not have got my business this time, but rest assured, I won't use anyone else in the future, and will gladly recommend them to family and friends. Well done! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

Turned up at the time agreed, the toilet seal was properly diagnosed, replaced and properly evidenced by progressive photographs. Cleanup was performed. The charges were reasonable.

Rick did an excellent job unblocking our drain and storm water pipes. He was professional and punctual and very reasonably priced.
