I took my daughter and her friends here for her birthday 29/11 and I must say, the staff are the best around. Everyone was so helpful. We never had to wait for service, everyone greets you with a smile and the kitchen staff were so accomodating. It’s clear the team here have a great rapport and enjoy their job. Thanks all.

My son had his 6th birthday here with 13 other friends and family!
The party was easy and straightforward

My kids love this place! Great set up with the cafe overlooking the entire arena. The staff are always friendly.

I had a great experience with my son over the years coming here for birthday parties and friend meet-ups. Today he started his first Bounce Flight Academy class where the instructors were very helpful, patience and professional. I highly recommend Blackburn Bounce all around!

Great venue! Staff were so friendly and helpful. They were really engaging for kids of all ages.

We signed up for a Mini bounce class and my 5yo was not a happy kid at the first session. It was all too much for him - the new place, the noise, the new instructor.

The Bounce staff (Bella specifically) were amazing! They offered to lower the sound on the music, they said it was absolutely fine if he wanted to do his own thing and that he could join the class whenever he wanted to.

We now go to Bounce about 3x a week and my boy loooooves it. The instructors are all so friendly and willing to help him with any new skills that he's trying to master, or just there to play with him if he needs it. Highly recommend Bounce (Blackburn).

Kids will have a lot of fun, adults though need a better cafe. The food category there does not have healthy options.

The staff on the trampolines were fantastic. The young girl that helped our son was friendly and enthusiastic and definitely made the experience more fun for him.

My grandchildren love this place while enjoying healthy fun.
Bounce is well run with friendly helpful stall.
Drinks, food and snacks are available and I can enjoy a coffee from the waiting/dining area.

Booked a 2h session at your outlet today (11 Jan 2023). It was great for the first 30mins.
Then a HUGE group of kids arrived! There were probably 50 or more kids from a single organisation.
Your venue simply is not designed for such a large group. Yet when I made the booking yesterday, the booking system showed good availability.
Now long queues are forming to enter each zone. The waiting time we have to experience now is not worth the price of the session.

What a fun place for the kids. Great Mini Bounce area for the under 5's. MASSIVE thank you to John who was just amazing with a 4 year old. Took the time to teach him how to jump properly and then started him with some simple tricks. He now has his own mini shadow John was just fantastic.and he makes a DAMN good iced coffee!
Both John and the other young man that were working were great.

The excitement is there but that is it. Not much to do on the trampoline. Limited activities

The kids (both under 4) loved Bounce (including the oldest one - Dad!). Staff are friendly and engaging and the facilities are in good shape. Lots of fun!

Son attended a friends party and my other son decided to have a jump as well. Staff were very friendly. Heaps of room to try new tricks

I’ve taken my grandchildren to a couple of Bounce sites, but find Bounce Blackburn to be the best venue, particularly because of their staff.
We take our 4 year old granddaughter on Fridays, which are somewhat quieter.
Without fault, the staff are pleasant, positive, encouraging and actively involved with supervision, encouraging and supporting children, aware of differing needs, alert to caring for all participants and sharing new skills.

I highly recommend Bounce Blackburn Nth! It was my sons 14th birthday and he wanted to come back to Bounce as we’d been there for his 13th birthday the year before. He and his friends had a fantastic time and wore themselves out! It’s a great way to get the kids off screens for a few hours and they just love it! We’ll definitely be back and definitely before his 15th birthday next year!

Perfect¡place for a birthday party. My twins celebrated their 8th birthday there, Total. Success. All super organised and synchronised. The staff was super friendly

The center was very clean and safe and staff were very helpful. Our son loved the center and enjoyed a lot and next morning he asked to go there again and most importantly, when we came back home, he had got so tired and fell asleep straight away.
