Bounce Luggage Storage - King reviews
11 Located at a walking distance from the sourthern cross station (and the skybus stop), the entrance is within a hostel.
There is no need to pre-book online, and it’s actually cheaper to do it directly in the store (you avoid the website admin fees).
Overall it was great, just 4 stars as I felt the safety was not that high. You just give your first name and that’s it, you receive a paper with your name. They don’t check ID or anything at pickup
This place was really convenient for getting back to the Airport via the SkyBus or Southern Cross Station, and open really late to pick up so if you have a late flight it’s really good! Only possible downfall is if your luggage is a bit too heavy for you to lift - there’s a small set of stairs to get to the reception desk and that could make it a bit difficult to get your bags in. Other than that, great!
Very quick and easy to check-in and check out. The staffs were all very fun and friendly!:)
Easy drop off and pick up. Bags and contents in perfect condition and staff were friendly and as this was my first experience with bounce, made the experience really easy.
Good service, efficient and friendly. Also allowed us to use their toilets and the offer to sit and hang about if needed. Now I know this service exists I will use on future trips.
Super kind staff and nice easy place to find:) it’s half-basement so 5-6stairs you have to walk down but not too hard. Highly recommended! Drop off luggage and walk around city before go to airport
Great location (4min walk to the sky bus location in Southern Cross). Drop off and pickup was easy and fast with luggage being stored in a secure room with bag tags for identification. Only thing to take note of was that you will need to use the stairs to carry your bags up and down the entrance which may be an issue for larger and/or heavier bags.
Easy, helpful and straightforward instructions on how to check bags in and pick them back up, friendly and quick staff, and good pricing too:)
A little heads up about stair only access we had some big items to try and get down the stairs. Apart from that staff were great and it was so helpful.

Quick and easy service and very affordable too. Just a word of caution for those with heavy luggage/suitcases - you will have to bring it up and down the stairs yourself
