If you like to be serenaded by trucks all night with people coming and going/ banging doors plus smoking outside your room at all hours, have bedside tables with peeling laminate, an over priced restaurant (went to subway instead), dusty, poorly maintained walls and fixtures, a power adapter with a broken cover exposing live wires, a lounge falling apart, dirty and poorly cleaned carpets, breakfast in room rate without an operation kitchen to supply it and no offer to supply or a voucher, terrible showers, wet and dirty coffee cups and a kettle with water in it from God knows when, then this is the place for you.
Needs a redo ASAP.

Really liked this motel for cleanliness and space and friendly very helpful staff. A brilliant restaurant attached. Thank you for seeing to all our needs. We will be back.

Lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful, full of good energy. We decided to stay there because of her Good value for money, and a great location. The bathroom sliding door was hard to work with. I thought the whole thing would come down on me other than that everything is good.

I didn't mind it at all however the room I was given was placed right above the laundry room and it was very noisy. Other than that the location and service and the room was pretty clean and good. However the heater kept turning off every couple of minutes

Really needs a good touch-up. It is very outdated in the restaurant.

Pleasant motel not far out of town. Very convenient for the highway. Easy to find.
Large, comfortable room, good shower, aircon, fridge, microwave, lots of storage space.

I had a last minute need to book a room, I got in late and the service and accomodation to my needs were amazing, excellent communication and room, spacious and exactly what I needed, will definitely come again next time I stay in Mildura!

No water pressure from the shower head. Drizzles out.
Black crickets insects all over the bedding / rooms. They don't do anything about it.
Refuse to give refunds if you book through a travel agency. Even if YOU pay for they stay in person. Stay clear of this motel they will scam you. Predators.
Their scotch fillet steak was cooked rare when asked for medium well. Disgusting.

Well positioned and easily accessible. Our room was well presented, however having only one chair in the room doesn't help the second person.

The food was beautiful and our waiter Lachie was fabulous, the owners of this restaurant need to make sure they keep him such an asset to this business. His service was 10 out of 10

Booking was told there was an open pool got there empty pool the room was dusty and stunk. They moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment the next day where the room was full of cockroaches even in the beds. Absolutely disgusting. 0 rating

Absolutely disgusting filthy rooms and cockroaches in all the rooms. We was moved to another room where they was through the beds and all over the walls. Got videos to prove it. Tried saying it was sprayed not long ago no way in the world was it.

Long walk from town but there are a few dining choice in the vicinity. Staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean.

Mel and Ben's Help was as normal magnificent through these times of constant change in travel plans. Don't stay anywhere else now when in Mildura.

Very friendly staff, extremely comfortable room and very quiet surroundings. The motel is very central, and within walking distance to shopping.

We arrived at mildura and was meant to stay in the best western motel but the room I booked was on 2nd level and dad couldn’t access the room, so we went down the road and come accords the boulevard motel. The manger was exceptionally nice and considerate, the room was beautiful, very quite for a motel on main road and never heard any guest noise, this place is beautiful, great friendly staff that go more than out of their way to help with your needs and to make your stay even more nicer. Very clean, tidy and respectable rooms even beautiful hot water at all times, looking forward to coming back in December or January. Honestly couldn’t of asked for a better motel in mildura to stay at.
