What a great place. People are so friendly, we felt so welcome. Will definitely return. Food was good and staff were great fun. No hesitations there. Brian and Sandra

What a little rustic gem! In the process of being renovated by Belinda and her husband. Comfy warm bed, hot shower in ensuite for $80. Best Scotch broth since my mum was alive. Some chatty locals in the bar. Town hosts a music festival in October and is on the silo art trail. Thanks for a warm welcome on a freezing night!

Slightly weird review as I wasn't actually at the Patchewollock Hotel. I was 12000 miles away.

Yesterday a friend from Sydney who was trying to drive to the Fleurieu peninsula SA got ridiculously lost.

She was much relieved to find Patchewollock and the hotel. She had a lovely experience with the locals and staff and a good feed and night's sleep. She's very much an inner city woman who doesn't know much of country Australia so well done Patchewollock. You have done good.

Lovely little pub across the road from the silo and rustic hens. Unfortunately we were too early fora frothy or lunch. They now offer caravan sites and motel rooms, which look great as does the outdoor dinning. Good luck with your new venture.

Ate and drank here for a couple of nights. As soon as I approached I was greeted with a “howyagoin”, so I knew immediately it was a good place. The fire was kicking out some serious heat, there were good vibes from the locals who seem to enjoy new faces, the food is solid and overall it was a memorable experience. The owner wants to hand the reins over - let’s hope the new owners keep the good times rolling.

We stayed here for one night during a Silo art road trip. The Pub Staff were great. We met some fellow travellers and the locals are happy to chat. Meals were good. The Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Worth the stay. One thing they have to fix though is the refrigerator fan for the pub. It's very loud during the middle of the night.

Publican couldn't have be more friendly or accommodating. Rooms were neat with electric blankets. Meals were great. Though he didn't like knowing my Ford was the recovery vehical

I love old Country pubs as they have a great atmosphere. We had lunch here and the steak sandwich was massive. The seafood basket was done to perfection.

Food was excellently cooked and of big portion size.
The staff were super friendly.
Great home environment with shared swiming pool at an incredible price.
If my over half and I are passing through we are definitely staying again.:)

We had a lovely stay here after seing the silo art and other art dotted around.
Sarah kept our beers coming and they went down well, with wonderful company.
The rooms are well equipped and ours had an ensuite, there's also a kitchen area for breakfast.
Would definitely recommend for a stay, we'll be back

Joyce Sedunary:
We had the best time at Patchewollock Hotel! After a lovely day doing the silo trail we had drinks (a few too many lol) and a delicious meal. The pub was so friendly and accomodating! Our room was basic but warm and clean. 24/7 breakfast room a bonus. A special thank you to Sarah for her wonderful service. We will be back!
