Bottlemart reviews
6Had a very enjoyable lunch with friends. Friendly staff and well presented bistro.
Very well presented offers lots of variety of facilities and undergrlund car parking
Positive vibrant service with a smile. Great to get some amazing service
Rung Sunday at 4.30 and asked if the kids eat free tonight, lady sounded flushed and answered yes, so I made a booking for 5.30pm. 1st of when i arrived I asked man at counter for an extra chair and said it would be ok, cutlery came but never a chair, had to pull one from a table 45 minutes later. Ordered food and noticed I had been charged for the kids meals, I approached a staff member on the floor (who I later found out was the manager) explained the situation and was told abruptly that i should not have been told that and that was that. Well then the food came. Soup vegetable mush, cold, bread slice stale (reminded me of old peoples home food) Kids nuggets were frozen dianasor nuggets from the supermarket, they didn't touch them, lamb shank had hardly any meat on it on a pile of deb mash pototoe, and sipinage and ricotta pasta had no taste, Kids eqipment area dirty and felt like it needs a good scrub and toliets no good either. Will never go back there again, I wish i had read these reviews before I went. Don't waste your money. Manager needs personal relations training and chefs need to learn how to cook real food.
We have been there a number of times and on every occasion there was something wrong with our order. Even though the waitress read our order back it didn't come as we ordered it. The food is way overpriced and the steamed vegetables that every meal comes with are not seasoned and undercooked, the roast vegetables are burnt and have been sitting in grease for a while. Don't even bother with the soups, they are all disgusting. It seems that the chefs are as incompetent as the staff, especially the rude duty manager.
Go there all the time never have a problem seems like its only people who complain bother to write a review. So to all those whingers get a life go back to the city to your pathetic yuppy lives and leave the Penisula to those who pay the rates and love all that is the Mornington Peninsula.
