I visited this store on Saturday 11th November and was assisted by the sweetest gentleman. He was meticulous in converting my mini pouch bag strap into an adjustable one, the end product exceeded my expectations, thank you.

Lovely atmosphere here. I was served by a friendly chad on my visit and he gave me a lot of insights in the things we talked about. On a side note, I love how soft the BV leather feel is. The company's direction has always been to retain the approach to not put on heavy finishing on their bags so we could touch the actual material of the lambskin/calfskin leather unlike other brands covering up their beautiful leather within a shiny plastic coating. So glad I bought mine at the right timing as they have started raising prices since 2 years ago to sky high limits now.

Beautiful store with exceptional service received from Luca. All the other brands have their name slapped on loud and big but not this one. This brand has class and style!

I went into store yesterday looking for a gift and Luca was amazingly helpful. There was no pressure to buy anything, he gave me a luxury experience beyond expectations and at no point did I ever feel like I was not his number 1 priority. Definitely will be back to shop again and I can not recommend the store enough. I have had bad experiences from other luxury brands, Bottega Veneta stands above the others.

Shocking customer service experience, salesperson indulging in their own conversation, totally neglected those who went in. We were viewing merchandise but was cut queue by a bunch of ‘u-know-who’ people but the salesperson just ignored it. Will never go in anymore.
