Bostini Restaurant

Ordered 2 pizzas, and they were dry and burnt. There were alot of tables. Environment was really good. Bhavya and Nikhil served us, both were very welcoming and friendly. Drinks were really good. Ordered cocktails again and again and every cocktail was upto the expectations. The girl is very friendly with the kids. Overall, not too bad place just need to work on pizzas!

Everyone's food was great and it came in a timely manner. Dining Room is upstairs and some people may find them steep otherwise a great place to eat

Ordered vodka and raspberry - no raspberry, then ordered bundy and coke - no bundy, so opted for sparkling moscato - was not sparkling (how long was the bottle open for I wonder?)

Partner had Mexican Parma - not bad.
I had pumpkin gnocchi - very bland, needed to add salt for flavour.

Waiter was constantly sniffling.

We were sat right in front of the shelving for plates and cutlery, very annoying positioning of table.

Will not return.

I rarely leave reviews but my experience this evening needs to be shared. I ordered a beef burger ($20) and when it came out it was cold, the beef in the burger seemed processed and straight out of a packet, and the chips were extremely salty. My wife order a chicken burger ($20) which was also cold, she was told it would be breast chicken, yet it was not a bread and full of fat, the chicken burger was advertised as having coleslaw and pickles but only came with lettuce and tomato and her chips were extremely salty as well. We left half of the meal behind as it was so bad.
To add to the disappointment, we told the waiter who apologised and walked away, when paying we were also asked about the meals and after respectfully explaining our disappointment, we were told that the chef would be informed, yet charged the full amount.
This is our last time at this restaurant, so disappointed.

Worst experience ever! We had to wait for almost 20 mins to get the order. Why would they accept an online order when the restaurant was not even open! Restaurant opens at 5 pm and they stared accepting orders from 4 pm! When we arrived at the restaurant no one was there - this is really unacceptable.

I seldom give low reviews, but this is a must. No wait staff upstairs for most of our time there (2 hrs), so I had to get up to ask for service.
2 meals came out, 3rd meal took another 5 or so minutes and was stone cold (American pork ribs) and a small serve to boot. Again had to get the attention of a waiter because the service was sub par. Other 2 meals were very average. The steak was tough and full of fat, and the Calamari rings had that much lemon salt on that it made them almost sour.

This was our first time here, and sadly we won't be back. For a half filled restaurant, it wasn't a good experience at all.

Photo attached shows the meal after what I suspect was a visit to the microwave. They put the ribs on the chips to create a sloppy mess. Hand in pic to show how small it was.
Really disappointing flavour, service, quality.

To top it off, the main waiter started making excuses when we were leaving. No discount or complimentary offer made at payment either.

Sorry Bostinis, you dropped the ball on this one.

Great food. Excellent service and wonderful ambience for catching up with friends and family. Loved the Gnocchi pasta and Pepperoni pizza. Would definitely visit again.

Ordered take out unfortunately half our meal was missed, rang up had food sent back out, deliver driver was rude. Overall very disappointed service was poor would not recommend. Not much care was given.

Three orders now have been incorrect with no attempt to replace them or refund. Was outright lied to one of the times by a girl over the phones about listed ingredients on pizzas.
Definitely don’t waste your money here The pizzas are very ordinary and ingredients are never correct and frequently missing.

Bostini was a great place to place to eat & gather. Food is still great & prices very reasonable but much smaller portions for the price. Alcohol was limited with alot of spirits not available & no cocktails anymore which were a big hit previously. The service was ok but not great!

Absolutely love this place, would eat there every day if I could. Great meals and deals, best pizza in town

For the price of the pizza, the quality of the pizza is very good value for money!
2 large pizza's can't go wrong:)

Definitely a new favourite. Came here for my birthday tonight (NYE) and the service was great, food was incredible and the overall dining experience was 10/10.

We have ordered Risotto, pizza and chicken parma and chicken champagne, out of all Risotto and pizza is very good, but chicken Parma and champagne is pretty average and chips are soggy.
Service is very slow. Overall good

Order often from here via door dash and it’s been great but was disappointed on our recent order to receive this email (We would like to inform you that there was an additional charge of $5.25 for your Penne Calabrese Alla Siciliana based on the special instructions) we asked to remove 2 ingredients and add some cream to the sauce which we have done in the past. Thought that was a bit much.

Our spaghetti bolognaise didn’t arrive with our delivery. On calling the restaurant I was assured it would be sent straight out with the delivery driver. 12 hours later we are still waiting!

We were scrolling through for a local pizza restaurant and came across Bostini. All the reviews, convinced us to order.

I have to say it was one of the best pasta dinner we’ve heard out Cranbourne way. If takeaway tasted so good we can only imagine how good the dine-in experience would be.

We ordered Lasagna, Funghi Fettuccine with Chicken, garlic bread and a Mexicana Pizza. All The food was delivered hot.

For dessert we had sticky date pudding and tiramisu. Everything was So delicious and satisfying.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER!

horrible food, shocking service…. I wouldn’t even call it service. Food was something out of a frozen microwaved meal. I don’t know how this place is actually standing. The waiter was in tracksuit pants and didn’t know anything about the food when we asking during our order. Completely clueless and unprofessional.

After our horrible meals, we waited 15 minutes for the “waiter” to come to the counter so we could pay but we were told he was out and were forced to wait. Whilst we were waiting we had to calculate the total price of our meal ourselves and then when he got back he tried to overcharge us. The “waiter” tried to argue that dine in and take away are different prices despite it being the exact same meal and quantity.

Don’t come here, ever!
