If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service- it was deplorable and actually laughable at one point. It began with not being greeted by any of the 3 workers I could see on the shop floor. Followed by having to repeat and explain in several different ways what we were looking for to the female shop assistant (simple- light pants, darker blazer) only to be handed a matching set, without the pants we were looking at. She had no idea what she was doing with next to no styling advice. At one point I was asked which shelf/rack I got a pair of pants from. Is it wrong of me to assume a worker should know their floor stock and location?
We then requested a size in a different pair of pants, only to be given a pair from out the back which had clearly been worn and returned to the store (no tags, dirty marks, blood-like stains, dirty pockets, creasing behind the knee from being worn and scuffed/stained dirty hems where they’ve clearly been worn and stepped on). I’m unsure how the other gentleman attempting to hem them couldn’t see the stains for himself. We got some great excuses about why they looked this way (the material, it’s normal that brand new items often don’t have swing tags etc). Then while arranging the Chadstone Valet pick-up of our items, the young girl proceeded to tell us she had no idea how to do it. So the gentleman once again assisted her with this, before they both scrunched and stuffed our 2 ties into a shopping bag. $1000 later and leaving with a horrible taste in our mouth. Safe to say we’re done with shopping at Hugo Boss.
Edit: Just to make it better- they’ve left the security tag on the blazer! Haven’t realised until leaving for our event…

I had really poor customer service at Crown so I went back to Chadstone to organise an order and they easily did what Crown couldn’t be bothered to do. This is my local store and I always get good service.

Reading the other reviews, it seems really hit and miss with the Chadstone Hugo Boss store, and my wife and I actually stopped visiting after a few terrible experiences. However, we both visited the Chadstone store a few months ago for our daughters' Christening outfits and were absolutely blown away by the customer service! I wish we could say the same to the Hugo Boos stand in David Jones (which I would give a zero to). It was a quiet Thursday night, and we were treated like royalty by all the staff. Yes, we both bought our entire outfits then and there. No team member was lazy, everyone was doing something (serving customers, neatening up, etc.) the whole hour or so that we were there. It definitely restored our trust in the brand, and we look forward to more visits. Huge thanks to the team at Chadstone!

I have purchased pants from boss for my wedding. The pants are great quality. But I had them tailored and they got it all wrong. Now I have know time to get them fixed before the wedding. If you buy pants from this store I suggest you go to a Tailor that I sent using retail kids to Measure up for them

Revolting customer service from the manager who wouldn't give me a refund for an item that had its paint peeling after 1 day of use. Went to the doncaster store and with a little investigation, they found my claim to be valid and gave me a full refund. BOSS, if you're selling leather goods, please educate your staff to understand the difference between general wear and tear, and genuinine quality issues.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced shopping in a luxury store.
This female staff with long pony tail, leaning against the wall, has completely no interest to assist her customers.

I went in the shop on Monday to look for a long wallet. If the shop is busy, no greeting is alright.
But the shop wasn’t busy, the staff just stood there.
I approached and asked about the wallet. The face and the attitude tells me that they don’t want me to shop here.
That’s pathetic!

Store manager Luke Jasper and his team (especially Kim) do a fantastic job in looking after my wife and I.
Bright, enticing store. Great selection on mens and ladies clothes etc. And most importantly, the wonderful service that Boss is renowned for.

Pretty average service to say the least. Had a young Asian girl serve me, left me standing in the change rooms for five minutes with a pair of pants that didn’t fit only to come back without pants to tell me that she didn’t have a shirt in my size. Wasn’t really willing to go out of her way to help. Definitely had a somewhat condescending attitude towards me when I said I might just go to the city store instead where I have been several times and dealt with a gentleman named Benjamin who is very pleasant to be served by.
I definitely wouldn’t waste my time coming back to Chadstone to visit this bass store ever again.

My sales person (Furlin, I really hope I’ve spelt that right) was amazing!

Worst customer service ever! About 90% of victorian have done their double does vaccination! And some of them don’t have their medicare or their medicare just expired! So the government send a vaccine certificate for everyone incase if they have problems with showing their digital certificate! All shops in chadstone shopping centre even designers let people in if they have the physical copy or a picture of it in their phone, BUT NOT HUGO BOOS! The stuffs working there to welcoming customers are really rude and selfish they think they know everything but TBH THEY DONT, i feel like people like them are not deserving to get this kind of jobs because they don’t have the skills at all.i’m really sorry for people coming to your shop spending money in your shop and your stuff give this kind of attitude to them, definitely never coming back again, i’m talking to all the stuff members specially the ones who standing in front of the door to check vaccinations and welcoming peoples, and more specially that one girl working tonight 26/11/2021 for black Friday, shame on you for making customers upset! Really disappointed!

Very impressed with the service we received from Katrina, she was super helpful in selecting the right suit for the hubster to be for our big day! Thank you again!

Don't waste your time and money shopping with the most unprofessional, irresponsible staff. Have ordered two suits with shirts and ties, finally they got only one suit ready till the final wedding function. What a bunch of loser and think they don't have anyone to explain. To add insult to the service manager said I will waive of $100.00 alteration charges which at first point they offered free for first time. But even otherwise they charge $50.00.
Wasted my time and planning for 4 weeks the manager felt they got away with this rude and unprofessional behaviour but check this feedback seriously. No sorry even after discussions with the new manager.

Had the loveliest experience with a staff member today.
He was so friendly and accomodating in helping me with the product I wanted. When there wasn’t the correct size in store, he searched for it in the system and directed me to store where it was available.
Didn’t get his name, but he was wearing glasses and was of Asian background.
Exceptional customer service.

I'm not a first timer shopping at Boss chadstone, been there many times.
Staff seem to be only doing their job, cold with a snobbish streak, snide remarks get made left right and center on several occasions i made sure to wear something that is on the cheap side or well worn out and on every occasion snide remarks were made.
If I wanted to deal with people who are only there to do their job I would have shopped at Kmart.but if I'm walking into a Boss store I expect an experience.
Time to move on to another brand I guess!
