Went to this store last week looking to buy a new suit and was very happy with the service. The young woman who served me was extremely helpful. The Hugo boss team service was amazing! Super friendly, especially sighar who served me, she was super helpful with gift recommendations and was really patient with me through out the process, even when I was super indecisive and didn’t actually made a purchase at the end.

Absolute disgrace, purchased a suite jacket for a wedding and they had security tagged it in the back. “Manager” that claims she is a manager sigar is nothing but a useless asset to your company. The fact we spent over $2,200 and she claimed we “stole “ pants and shirt when they got transferred from another store and PAID is an honest disgust and you should be ashamed she even represents Hugo boss. She offered a 10% store credit and when she had ‘steamed’ the jacket she quickly changed her mind and made the whole store experience nothing but a joke. I was prepared to buy a belt with the 10% and when she looked at the jacket after one steam she claimed it was fixed. First of all why would you security tag a velvet jacket on the back and secondly have in experienced staff that have a disgraceful attitude towards their customers? Your employees that call themselves managers may need to learn how to be a manager first before claiming to be one. She had called her higher up “Ana? ” Who claimed this was her weekend off and she can’t help and that we are inconveniencing them for a wedding jacket and she can’t keep calling her as it’s distrusting her weekend. Great customer service considering Ana isn’t spending this money and she has no respect to speak to a customer over the phone. If you want to be treated as a clown go see sigar and go to Doncaster. Kmart even have better customer service and trust me I’m not spending $2,200 there.

Terrible service and phone call courtesy at Hugo Boss Doncaster. I was informed that we can get the belt cut in any stores worldwide when I purchased a belt in Singapore and to find out from the service assistant rudely stated that they don't do it in Melbourne. No apologies neither any resolution to assist me.

Just went in to ask if I could have a belt adjusted. Was done on the spot without asking for any receipts, gentleman who did it for me was friendly and helpful. Big thumbs up to the store, will come back to purchase something next time for sure!

Friendly staff is key. They are willing to provide good feedback and friendly advice. Incredibly welcoming. Drop in and say hello. Expensive, but you are buying Hugo Boss quality clothing and Italian shoes. Regular VIP sales. I intended purchasing a pair of jeans, which then resulted in the purchase of a pair of boots, then a pair of chinos. Very happy!
