Found these guys in a Google search as I’m local to Footscray, so glad I did! Just had some odd shaped seat cushions and bar stool cushions reupholstered for my restaurant, they turned out better than I even imagined. Kim and family were able to guide me towards the correct material and foam choice, and I’m very happy I trusted them. Absolutely fantastic quality of work, and great price. Won’t go anywhere else

My wife and I ordered a leather sofa from Boss Sofas and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service, quality of the finished product or the competitiveness of the price. It was delivered on-time, made locally in Melbourne and cost much less that the big retail stores were offering. Given so many negative customer service and quality issues occur it was a very pleasant surprise. We couldn’t give them a higher recommendation.

Kim and the team at Boss did a wonderful job reupholstering our 3 seater couch along with 2 single sofa seats. They were friendly and professional right from the start when we first walked in the premises to inquire and choose the leather of our choice. The turn-around time from start to finish was excellent too and towards the end they even sent us photos of what the couch looks like. Our finished couch looked beautiful and felt so soft and comfy to sit on once it arrived. We were very happy with everything as it was exactly what we wanted as it matched our original design. I am pleased to say that I highly recommend this family business to anyone wishing to give their couch a new lease of life.

The team at Boss Sofa's did a fantastic job on upholstering our dining chairs and retro stools. Brought them all back to brand new. Communication with Kim was fast and easy. Will be using again.

Having completed our renovations we were after Australian made, quality furniture to complete our living space. We ordered 2 sofas online without seeing them in real life, due to COVID and we were interstate. But we could not be happier! The sofas are so well made, Kim and his team kept us in the loop throughout the entire manufacturing process and arranged delivery from Melbourne to Sydney at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend Boss Sofas!

-Couch was beautifully re-upholstered, following the original pattern of the upholstery as requested, down to reuse of some of the original zips and fittings.
Great communication all around (replies by text usually within minutes, replies by email within a day or two)
-When there were delays due to fabric supply and Covid lockdowns, Kim sent updates about the unforeseen developments quickly and without prompting
-An error around the fabric used for some additional scatter cushions was promptly fixed without any hassles
-Pick-up and delivery communication was also good - delivery-men were polite and careful

We were so impressed with the quality and speed that the fabulous team at Boss provided us, they re-upholstered an old, tired bed head and made it look like new.
They were ultra-fast and their communication was excellent, they assisted in the picking of fabric that looks AMAZING.

Boss in Footscray accepted a very last minute request to re-upholster 4 vintage chairs. No problem. They were super courteous and sensitive to my needs. Despite many orders at the time, they fitted me in, displayed a vast array of fabrics and colours. They even let me take the samples home to show my family.
