BOSS Outlet reviews
28Great place for a bargain. Take your time and look through everything to find the best bargains. I have been to this outlet store a number of times and managed to Catch an additional 30% off sale. Worth the drive no matter what part of Melbourne you live.
Liked the brand and I have been there 4 times the best part it's cheaper than the one sold in the shopping centers
Surprisingly well stocked but most stock was of a similar size (limited range in reality).
Well worth checking out.
Large and, for an outlet, very well appointed Boss outlet. The range is large but can be erratic in terms of both sizing and styles - about what you expect for an outlet store. Prices for general stock are about on par with sale prices in major stores. The specials and occassional provide exceptionally good value.
Regular customer, the sorting is a bit disorganised and customer service is a bit of hit and miss.
Prices are still high.
Does not look like outlets in the US where prices are very low and affordable.
Horrible customer service experience. Asking the assistant to check size in another the store and been told that the other store would have the same stock, but guess what, we went to other store and the items were available. Obviously he didn't even check and just tell us lies. The store was not even busy, he just want we buy something else instead. Liar!
Same discount campaign as DFO outlets, but come with more options and bigger space (less people). Overall, it delivers much better shopping experience than DFO outlets. Parking is also fairly easy, you can also pop into the TED Baker discount shop at lower level.
