Amazing service and great ribs, has been a regular place for dinner for some time, always appreciated the amazing smiles as much as the tasty food.

Probably the healthiest burger in Lara, Because it's too expensive to buy. For a mere peasant meal, It's pretty good.
The Service was good, but the atmosphere was thin, since I flew my private jet just to get here (like your average boss burger's customer) which used the same amount of carbon emissions as a third world country. But had to use a paper straw to save the turtles, you know.

Never disappoints, always fresh food, lovely staff, always friendly and remembers my order: P

Such a disappointment! Got 4 meals and only one of the burgers was edible everything else was so undercooked

Hey guys.
I completely understand why you use the staples, but you really need to take a little more care as i found a stray staple physically in my burger tonight.
I’m just glad i saw it before i bit into it and extremely glad it didn’t end with the kids as they definitely wouldn’t have noticed it.
May need to think of something different to a sharp metal object that could cause so much oral damage being used to close the paper bags.

The Shake was outstanding! I had to say that first off. The burgers we had were tender and tasty, warm and delicious. They have Dr. Pepper if you are addicted like me. The staff are attentive and friendly. Really felt like it must be a nice place to work from their good attitude. The establishment was clean and free from any mess. Definitely going to pop back in at a later date when back in the area.

Bought the most expensive burger in their menu and it tasted microwaved. As a person who loves burgers I was very disappointed to say the least!

Used to get delivery from here all the time, used to be easy and great service and delivery, good food too but since changing over to deliveroo I can't finalise and order with PayPal or debit card both of which are fully functional. Store was no help what so ever. Would not honour special price offered on deliveroo after all the hassle either. This middleman format is a shocking way to conduct business. You've lost a good customer.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. I had Boss Deluxe with chicken instead of beef and it was one of the best burger I recently had. Visited them last month and will go back next time I am in the town.

Food was hot and fresh and the store was such a cool vibe. Will definitely be going back when I’m in Lara again!

Terrible. No cheese on kids cheese burger and no sauce on all burgers. Not one to complain usually but $80 for terrible burgers and just an "i'm sorry we are under staffed from staff is not good enough. Not our fault you are under staffed. Never again.

The chips here were amazing!

A little slow in the kitchen and people getting their orders before my friends when they had ordered before them was a little bit annoying.

Unfortunately doesn't live up to the name of the franchise, been to several and this one lacks.

Unfortunately not as good as the other Boss Burger stores when ordering the beyond meat patty (wasn't cooked properly/enough/no crispy caramelisation, it was merely warmed up) but the rest of the meals and sides were delicious

Got home tonight after ordering and found the burger I ordered was squashed and barely anything in it. Both burger and fries I ordered were cold and soggy. I would expect this from McDonalds but not at your prices! Lost me as a customer.
