We love the burgers at Boss Burger but please please please go with a different delivery service. The one you use takes hours and constantly pushes back the delivery time, then the food arrives stone motherless cold. Have never had this problem with other delivery services. Ready to give up.

I'm 90% certain the burgers are getting smaller here, still delicious. But value for money has gone.

The service was extremely slow took 45 minutes to get one burger and some fries. When the burger was delivered there was a fly inside it. Disgusting!

It's Boss Burger so if you've eaten from their menu before you know what you're getting. If you haven't, then Boss Burger isn't too bad at what they do. The food from this branch is tasty, cooked properly and usually looks good, and not too expensive either. The staff are friendly and the service is quick enough. Definitely a step up from Maccas.

One of the best burger places in Geelong area. Juicy yet well cooked burgers with variety of dishes to choose from with delicious side dishes, onion rings to be my favourite.

They take so long to get one burger ready I orderd and it took more than 30 minutes to come

Pretty decent burger place. The buns are one of the best for burgers I've tried and the southern fried chicken burger is one of the best I've had. I'll be back to try a different one before I head back to W. A.
Customer service could be better as our order was forgotten about.

Major let down in customer service and cleanliness when dining in.

While taking order girl went off to deal with some online order. Then when we sat down could see our food waiting but all they kept doing was packing orders. Food was only luke warm when arrived.

Also floor was greasy and slippery and none of the tables were cleaned.

All a shame really as the food is great.

I like this restaurant because most of the Burgers are very delicious. Very nice staff. I like the cheese sauce. French fries is okay. They have a very great milkshake.
I went there multiple times. The best burger is the buffalo chicken, sadly it was limited time only.

Overall I highly recommend it.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here recently and got x2 burgers one without cheese and Mac n Cheese on the side. They ended up putting the Mac N Cheese into one of the burgers and the other had Cheese. We had to ring and drive back to get a replacement

Amaze Balls! Burgers, loaded fries and their shakes are awesome. Avoid as they are addictive - but try them haha. Always friendly and great service.

The gluten free burger bun was average at best, the patties were a bit tough but it was a burger I didn't have to cook myself. I wish they had fries for GF people though.

Absolutely terrible, ordered $70 worth of food and they completely forgot my nearly $20 burger. I called them twice and was told both times they contacted Deliveroo and my burger was on the way which it didn’t come at all, received the rest of my food at 6: 40 and waited until nearly 9pm still haven’t received anything. Whoever is answering your phone calls needs to stop lying to customers, I won’t be back again. Disgraceful

Failed to call to tell me i ordered wrong and was unable to get certain burgers in the meal deals i purchased online, even though they had been added to order notes. Therefore i was unable to eat my meal (due to my eating requirements). Frustrating to know that the staff do not care to make an effort, poor customer service. Not that i'm surprised after going in the other week.

Seriously the best vegan loaded fries (fugazi fries). Most vegan sauces are yuck, but this is a GAME CHANGER. Also the staff are always so lovely and it's clean as:)
