Boss Burger Co.

I ordered a first time meal from Boss Burger Leopold yesterday. The order was placed at 2,15 for pickup at 5,15pm. I picked up a couple of minutes early as it was ready. We drove five minutes to join friends and took the food out of the bag. Both burgers had leaked and the sauce had totally dried hard and stuck to the boxes making it impossible to get them out the the boxes. The buns were soggy and the meat was dry. The fries which were in an open tray had congealed into a solid hard lump and it was impossible to separate them. The shakes had almost solid sludge on the bottom of the cups. We were unable to drink them with a straw. None of the food was edible and had clearly been made long before pickup. An insult to customers and a total waste of $50 bucks.

Possibly to best fries ever. Would consider them the best part of every meal except the burgers are also incredible!

Hot, decent sized portions, its not a cheap visit but i feel the food is much better than the options nearby.

What not to love

The burgers and chips are great but they closed early because it was quiet so we missed out this time ‍️ rough. Lost some stars for that!

Would be a great place if it wasn't a franchise with employees that couldn't care less about thier sub $20/hour job.great food but people with busy schedules can't wait 30-60 minutes for the waiter to get of lunch to walk the meal three metres from the counter. A bit of pride and enthusiasm would double this rating.

Boss burgers have great burgers and lovely onion rings. We find any excuse to go through there for good takeout

Got food poisoning from here and I know other people that have had food poisoning from this place the guys in the kitchen really need proper training

Best burger I've had in a long while. All the good juicy stuff without the flood of grease. Very tasty!

Delicious burgers and definitely in the top tier of burger joints in and around Melbourne. Shakes aren't really that great as they are mostly icy. Other than that, fries are great and so are variety of toppings.

Don't usually leave reviews but been coming here for a while and after having dinner there sunday have to say these guys consistently pump out great food, would recommend if you're looking for a good feed

Burgers are always worth the trip! Food always tastes super fresh and is ready before you know it! Definitely my regular spot:)

Delicious burgers and fries. Sadly the volume dial turned up to 11, overly loud, hipster friendly, clanging choon music selections put me off going there frequently which is probably for the best anyway as I'm fat enough as it is.

A little bit expensive but absolutely worthy as the burgers and loaded fries with the onion rings were very nice. Good food and great service.

The loaded chips are AMAZING! The burgers are too. Be careful what you order, it's big serves, I didn't make it through the chips and burger. Well worth it though YUMMMM

My husband got take away for us from Boss Burger a couple of weeks ago. We were so impressed! From the customer service to the food everything was great. When my husband asked if they can do gluten free risotto because I'm a coeliac, they didn't bat an eyelid, they accommodated right away. We HIGHLY recommend them. Needless to say.we'll be baaaaack! Thanks guys

Had the impossible burger. Very underwhelming. Slapped together, no flavour. We won't be back. Expected better. The old pulled jackfruit was better.

Takeaway.not really that suitable for eating in, very sparce and cold. Would not eat there again.

Tasty taste and at a reasonable price but it does suffer the same issue as other fast food restaurants in it's not very healthy and doesn't look as good as the pictures. But overall positive review
