Boss was incredibly dedicated and went above and beyond in helping with various aspects of my business, surpassing their initial responsibilities (and what I paid them for). They brought my vision to life, creatively coming up with a brand name for my product, designing the logo and all brand brand elements, packaging design, website, and orchestrating a successful teaser campaign and then executing their marketing strategy they had pitched me for the official launch party to celebrate my product hitting retail stores, pharmacies and airports across Melbourne. Their eye-catching billboard designs for the initial campaigns still remain one of my favourite assets. Thanks to Em and Maurice!

I usually I'm not one to go out of my way to endorse or recommend anything but my business fell on though times and I was losing/not getting clients/work for an extended period of time. I wasn't able to work out why in the last few years worked had slumped. Fast forward to Christmas last year where I was having a discussion with my sister and her partner about my situation and debating whether or not to cut my losses and going back to my old job when my niece overheard the discussion and said: "Where do get your work? Like where do advertise? Facebook? Instagram? Website? " to I responded: "The same way I have been the past 10 years put my business card on the noticeboard in Coles and occasionally get an ad in the paper" my niece seemed dumbfounded and said: "No wonder! Who reads the paper? " So we continued talking and my sister's partner suggested that I look into a marketing agency to help promote my business. He gave me the details for Boss Branding Agency who had previously done work for his employer so we contacted Boss Branding a few days later and spoke with Emma who talked me through a business plan to establish my brand and re-invent my business "bringing it into the 21st" century" and exposing my business to previously uncharted territory i.e. Social media presence (Facebook etc.) and I don't know how to say this with sounding cliché but with the help and guidance of Boss Branding Agency they did in all honesty save my business. With a complete new professional look for my business work started to increase and I found myself consistently having to work weekends (which I previously hadn't done for the past two years) I truly do owe a lot to Boss Branding for resurrecting my business which I had previously thought I'd have close. So thank you so much to Emma and Boss Branding for saving my business! I honestly can't thank you enough! I thought by sharing my story it may help other's who find themselves in a similar situation find a way to resurrect their business and endorsing Boss Branding was the least I could do to show my gratitude for their work!
